The SEEPRiN’s Social Sector Fellowship (SSF) is a 12-month virtual fellowship program aimed at equipping and upskilling Young School Leavers (YSL) with requisite knowledge and skill set needed to gain entrance and build a successful career in the development sector. The fellowship program matrix is carefully designed to allow for in-depth and extensive training coupled with hands-on practicum/field work. Fellowship Specialties - - Projects & Programs Management - Finance & Administration - Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) - Operations & Logistics Management - Legal, Contracts & Grants Management (LCGM) Who Can Apply? - Graduate with a maximum of 3 years post-graduation work experience. - Graduate with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) - Graduate who has completed or currently undergoing the compulsory one-year National Youth Service Fee - A 10% commitment fee (#100,000) to match the counterpart fund by the donor agency sponsoring this fellowship program.
