Ope4Christ:

There are so many reasons why VO will deny anyone visa especially Nigerians, even if the law allows you to bring your family. That's why I try to educate you to use the best option as advised above. Everyone will always prefer to travel with his/her family but being a Nigerian complicate issue except if it is through Express Entry.

Anyway, you may hold above 20k Canadian Dollars as you try your luck.

My brother, that thought goes for Visit visa, this is a part way to residence and your spouse will be given a work permit to work.

Dear all,

I have 3 children, their age are 8, 5 and 5 years old respectively
Is it mandatory for me to search for a school for them before I could apply for their study permit?

Kindly help me out because all the schools am seeing are too costly.

Hello VO, I must admit, you are doing a very wonderful job here, taking time to respond to everyone here is a task. Keep it up.

I and my family were denied last month June, the VO just asked us where we lived and we answered, why we were unable to travel to a certain country in 2016, and I replied due to my work, because I was called to work during the Easter holiday.

After checking our passports, and some minutes, he said we were ineligible.

I don't know why because we have a very good job and we'll paid, and other sources of income such properties and capital investments.

Good morning V. O.,

I applied with my wife and Daughter in May 2015 at Doha, Qatar when my wife wanted to go and give birth, but we were refused based on we have not traveled as a family before and visited our country since we are in Doha.

Now I want to visit US again, now we had twins added to the family, we would like to apply in Nigeria because that is where most of our ties are now(Money) and properties.

Do, we (I and wife) need to bring along our employment letter since we are working in Qatar, and bank statement ( we hardly keep money in there now) because we always send money home now.

Also, I invest a lot in Cryptocurrencies (digital currency), do I required its statement also.

Please advise.

Thank you.

Hello House,

Pls anyone with any contact in OOU Ago Iwoye that can assist for transcript purposes ? Or if you have gotten yours, how did you go about getting the transcript? Out of 4 schools, that's the only one left at the moment. Thanks.

Then, for those that evaluated their first and masters degree with IQAS, my transcript for masters has already been delivered on Monday to IQAS but they are yet to send a mail to confirm receipt as stated on their site. Are they waiting to get my first degree transcript as well before they confirm receipt since they are to evaluate the two degrees or what exactly ? My wife masters degree transcript ought to have been delivered to IQAS from the UK school. The school did not provide us with the courier tracking details and we need confirmation they have received the document while we work on the OOU first degree transcript. Pls assist gurus. Thanks.

A greater number of Invitations to Apply (ITA) have been issued than ever before in Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) latest draw from the Express Entry pool. He is very genuine, but my question is why using them, when you will still be the one to provide all the required document, you will just pay them for nothing and also delay your application.

as advised earlier, find a day to read from page 0 of this thread. and you will become David Cohen of Nigeria..... lol

@Justica;
Pls I need to ask this, have you seen it done that way before, because that school whaala is too much. Pls reply.
thanks.

justicia:
That OOU ehn, na wa for that school. Getting ur transcript there is crazy. My advise is if it is WES you want to use it for, no need to apply for it, WES seems to know it's difficult to get transcript from OOU, just send WES ur degree cert, they will send it to OOU for verification and once OOU verifies it, WES will proceed with the evaluation based on ur degree cert alone.

You are the best... An Excellent Customer Relation.

Thank you for writing in to relate your story. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience you and your family had during our systems outage, and I appreciate your patience and understanding. The Embassy was closed on Monday due to a US holiday, so it wasn't till Tuesday morning that the problem was discovered. The systems could not be fixed in time to accommodate any visa interviews on Tuesday, though they are now in working order. We are presently working hard to ensure that applicants who could not be seen that day will be able to get an appointment in the next few days or can reschedule for a later date. I will pass on your concerns, and I apologize once again for trouble.
