Travel / Re: My Plan To Relocate To Uk by SeppSmart360(m): 4:45pm On Feb 21, 2022
From a holistic point of view, the long-term benefits of moving to the UK outweighs whatever it is you think you're getting in Nigeria. If not for anything, the value of the UK currency and the better life for your kids.

As for your investments, if you can't find a capable, trustworthy person that can help you manage your businesses here in Nigeria while you move, then divest them and travel out.
My 2 cents.

Family / Re: Since You Know Your Partner Is Not Satisfying You, Why Accept To Marry & Cheat by SeppSmart360(m): 12:54pm On Nov 08, 2021
Most of them have the intention to cheat from the outset, regardless of the man's sexual prowess.

While some other women end up marrying such men probably because they lack better marriageable options; or because the man's sexual prowess compensates for his sexual weakness.

But I just feel like most women just use their husband's poor sexual performance as excuse to cheat.

Politics / Re: What Osinbajo’s Call For Naira Devaluation Could Mean For The Future by SeppSmart360(m): 1:04pm On Oct 12, 2021
TheRareGem1:
VP never call for Naira devaluation. He only called for an official rate reflective of market reality. The current dual exchange rates allows for arbitrage and blocks inflow/supply of dollars from investors.

What's the difference between what VPs intention is and naira devaluation? Or alternatively put, how can we achieve that aim without devaluing the naira? Just an honest question.
Celebrities / Re: Zubby Michael Chides Annie Idibia For Calling Out 2Baba On Social Media by SeppSmart360(m): 9:20am On Sep 03, 2021
KillMNKnow:
Feminist movement and adultery in the South is gaining momentum every hour. Marriage without God is doomed to fail. The men can't control themselves because of Alcohol and Babylon settings while the women have become devil's due to irreligious society

I honestly don't know what the landscape would be like in a few years' time. Some of us who strongly believe in the marriage institution are already losing our grips as such news make headline each passing day.
Sports / Re: Ronaldo: Sir Alex, This One Is For You… by SeppSmart360(m): 4:35pm On Aug 31, 2021
Sir Alex Ferguson really deserves all the applaud he can get for bringing the young CR7 to Old Trafford 18 years ago.

Romance / Re: If No Man Agrees To Love You, Use Juju – Nigerian Lady Advises Women (Video) by SeppSmart360(m): 1:53pm On Aug 31, 2021

This is one of those female privilege
A man can't use issues like rape to catch cruise on social media, everyone will come at him. If you ask me if they are same, then yes. Its still lack of consent, taking away someone right to say yes or no through whatever means.

I completely agree with you, man. Rape is a very sensitive issue to joke with, and I honestly wouldn't advise any man to clout-chase with that.

But mehn, witchcraft, kayamata and love charms are on a higher level. And the fact that it's becoming a commonplace is more worrying.

It's obvious the babe is both catching cruise and seeking clout at the same time. cheesy

Juju ke, of course there is a man that will always love me no matter what, so forget all those festish stuff, there is always a man for every woman, it just a matter of time to meet such man.

There's a man that may love you no matter what. But there's not always a man for every woman; at least statistically speaking.

Romance / Re: How To Know A Woman's True Character? by SeppSmart360(m): 12:55pm On Aug 31, 2021
Not just Nigerian men, and not just in issues relating to marriage or relationship. Even in the corporate world, and life in general, I've learned to only regard people to be their true selves by the way they treat others, especially those who can't offer them anything in return.
Investment / Re: Dollar Crunch Turns Nigerian Banks Into Africa’s Cheapest Stocks - Bloomberg by SeppSmart360(m): 12:25pm On Aug 31, 2021
This government keeps coming up with policies that hamper the growth and sustainability of the stock market... When they are done messing up with the entire capital market, I'd know how and where else they will easily raise funds or issue debt at lower cost.
Politics / Re: Return Nigeria To How You Met It Or “Allah Will Punish You” –sheikh Tells Buhari by SeppSmart360(m): 12:15pm On Aug 31, 2021
Even with a changed heart, Buhari doesn't have what it takes to make Nigeria a better place... So, it's not about him being wicked, it's about him not having any capacity at all.

Nawa o...they have just abandoned us, after all the effort and hope. Nawa for Airtel HR

Lol.
They didn't abandon anyone. I think it's a critical stage of the process that needs time to be thoroughly assessed.

The candidates that Airtel called, getqualified sent their names to Airtel. Getqualified know what they are doing, they might be trying to balance things up bcoz we all don't know what they are looking for.
I applied for Rainoil and I got 76.7%
I met the age requirement for the two jobs (Airtel and Rainoil)
I am in the assessment center stage of Rainoil
And I was not shortlisted for Airtel. Only getqualified can tell us what they are looking for, bcoz if it is by grade and good interview, I would have been called for Airtel also
I don't work with GetQualidied to know what transpired. Though I believe they're professional and transparent enough.

Nevertheless. What is truly yours will definitely locate you. Better job on the way. Good luck on your assessment with Ranoil.

Has anyone taken the assessment?
Please, kindly share with us the challenges encountered.

That means your interview performance was probably below par, or you didn't meet some of the requirements.

You can't score 86% with an average interview performance score and not get to the next stage.
