No need to invest any of your N300k.

I'm looking for primary school teachers to help me create learning programs for N3,500 per program. You can earn a little extra on the side by creating multiple programs.

This is the time to save for the uncertain future, and only invest when you're 100% certain about the business you're getting into.

Health / Early Puberty Treatment In Lagos Hospital by serex6: 7:26am On Oct 17, 2019
Hello Doctors in the house, please I would like to know if there is any endocrinologist who is specialized in precocious puberty also called early Puberty? My daughter is experiencing early Puberty and after series of test, it shows she is normal and there is no tumor but we still want to delay her puberty till at least 10 years old. She is currently 7 years old. Does any hospital in Lagos specialize in this field? We are currently using triptorelin injection for her and will be moving to Lagos soon. I checked online for the drugs but couldn't find anything Nigeria related. Please anyone with useful information should help me.

Thanks

Hello Ogas in the house, please your advice is needed. For the health certificate, are we supposed to do General or Limited Medical for Ph.d student visa and a partner of student work visa?

Also, concerning kids that are less than 10 years, should we pay for limited medical for them?

Lastly, is there anything wrong with applying all at once online?

Thank you so much Sirs, for your good work

"Sirlovings:

In my case, I am married to a kiwi. I have two lovely kids. If you plan to come on a student visa, it will be better for you because it is more straight forward. Since you have got admission from a school here, I will advise you to continue with the student visa but plan it very well. Don't be desperate to move so you won't make mistakes. PLEASE DO NOT USE AN AGENT, you can do everything by yourself.

Have you got your offer of place, or confirmation of enrollment from the school? if yes then start sorting the following things out:

1. Your International passport.

2. Evidence of Fund - You must have enough fund for each years of the duration of your study. It is usually a minimum of 15000 NZD. So if you are looking at getting a one year visa, you must have at least equivalent of 15000 nz dollars in your account or in your sponsor's account.
Having this money will show that you are able to take care of yourself while studying in New Zealand.
Note that it is better to pay a full year school fee for your first year, this will help convince them that you are a genuine student.

3. Offer of place or confirmation of enrollment - since you got your admission, I believe you are already sorting it out with the school. I also believe that you chose a good course which would help you stay in nz by apply for Skilled Migrant work visa and then Residency if you plan to go that way or you could use the family category..
It is always better to study a course that are in Long term skilled migrant shortage list. This will be handy when you are applying for your residence visa. Remember that New Zealand visa is based on point system and you have to meet the 160 points. See link: http://skillshortages.immigration.govt.nz/long-term-skill-shortage-list.pdf

4. Health - You will need to do your medicals as a proof that you are in good health. You will need chest X-ray as well. Since you live in Nigeria, they might require you to do full medicals. I think it will cost you around 50-60 thousand naira. See link: http://onlineservices.immigration.govt.nz/templates/Content/ListsPopup.aspx?NRMODE=Published&NRNODEGUID=%7bD7D1DC3B-F70D-4BED-9E3A-DB535805EF16%7d&NRORIGINALURL=%2fmigrant%2fstream%2fwork%2fskilledmigrant%2fLinkAdministration%2fToolboxLinks%2fpaneldoctors%2ehtm%3flevel%3d1%26_ga%3d1%2e66193198%2e1049625819%2e1483730207&NRCACHEHINT=Guest&_ga=1.66193198.1049625819.1483730207&level=1

5. Character: Immigration New Zealand will like to make sure that you are of good character with no criminal records. They don't joke with crime here. If you live in Nigeria, you will need a Police clearance from Nigeria. If you have lived in another country for more than a Year in the last 7 years, you will need a police clearance from that country. I think you can get your Nigerian police clearance for like 10k or less from:
Central Criminal Registry Force C.I.D. Annex
Alagbon Close Ikoyi
Lagos, Nigeria.

6. Medical/Travel Insurance - you will need health insurance except if you are coming here to study for PhD. Free or subsidized Medical care is only for New Zealand citizens and Resident visa holders

7. - Letter to Immigration New Zealand, explaining why you choose to study in New Zealand and your intention to return home after your studies (even if that's won't be the case) You will need to show them that you are a genuine student and that your intention is to study and return home with your knowledge. This is the tricky part and this is where you will need to convince them that you have enough fund to see you through while studying. And that you are not an Economic migrant who is just looking for a way to leave his country.
If Immigration New Zealand think or suspect that you are not a genuine student, the case officer might just decline your visa.
So you need to be careful and make sure you have chosen the right course, atleast a course that is needed in nz like; Engineering courses, Nursing, Medicine, surveying, Health care course etc..

Once you have put your supporting documents together, go to Immigration New Zealand Website and download or fill your form online (3-4 different forms). You can apply online or you can send them to the VAC office in Pretoria, South Africa. They will receive your application and visa fee and then send it to INZ office in New Zealand Embassy.

Note that you can work for 20 hours while the school is on and for unlimited hours during school holidays.

Please do not use fake documents because it will result to a ban. You might not even be aware of your ban. They will only say things like " you intend to deceive Immigration New Zealand and that you are not a genuine applicant. A ban from INZ means you cannot get Australian visa too. it might even affect your UK visa if you apply in any of those countries as they share Immigration information. So DO NOT USE AN AGENT.
Read about other people's cases in online forums and do it yourself.

This will be part of your first step to getting into New Zealand. For your proper work visa and residency, it will be another story when you get here.

Do note if you commit any crimes while in New Zealand and you get convicted for more than 3 months you will get deported. New Zealand is very strict with their laws."

Hello, Please for someone living outside of Nigeria for the past 8 years, how can we get police clearance from Nigeria,

Politics / Hateful White People Posing As Blacks by serex6: 9:11pm On Mar 30, 2016
I can't believe the rate people will go to discredit other races. As blacks, we do our thing and we are not perched on a forum checking on what other races are doing or even slandering them for no just cause. So, it amazes me the length so called white supremacist will go to discredit our race, spew unnnecessary hatred on us when majority of us could care less about what they do with their lives. It's not enough that they go to Black American forums to disguise as blacks and try to divide and cause confusion, they are in this forum too and practically every other african forum to put down the black race.

Watch out for those whose words are always disguised self hatred of black people, who don't or has never seen anything good in blacks all over the world. No, I am not referring to Ipob nairalanders, they praise their own even if they don't praise other tribes but they don't go about hating all black race.

Case in point, I suspect this personality called Blue agent, you can check out his/her post:

"How many of the latinos and blacks are eligiable to vote? becos of criminal records"

"Rubbish writeup. If you like believe it otlr not whites are farrrr.......... better than Africans.
Not even Asians can compete with them how much more Africans."

"Exportation requires high IQ.and creativity .which we lack. look at japan"

"Clown .smartest race yet it took the white for you to know what is school. the funny thing is every thing the most intelligent black man can boost of .was made by a whiteman. all the books, knoweledge, science were all.disovered and written by the whiteman.
Stop comparing an intiator and an Imitator

we are no match for them."

"This useless idiot after 36yrs of ruining his country .he still has mouth to talk.
but the idiot wears suit ,travels in whiteman's car. recieves whiteman's medical attention, flys in whiteman's plane, speaks whiteman's language. and funny hangs on to power through a system of (Parlimentary) government which white man perfected"

"I could not complete reading this trash. low IQ every where"

" true. only morons and liberals are against him. UP Trump"

"Who is Ben Carson? must a surgeon turn politician. typical blackman. up Trump"

" I laugh . best brains. how long will it take you to know that blacks cannot lead blacks succesfully. same best brains that helped and messed up this country. if they are brains what were the feeling from in the first place?"

"slowpoke . so you were better off living on trees.like monkies without clothes.
Your African religeon and dieties could not give Africans knoweledge, skills, to develop.themselves and better themselves.
they say knowledge is power. so the white man with his religeon had dominion over Africa becos the God(white man's religeon Jesus)gave them power. while your so called african religeon could not help them.but was only intrested in killing them as sacrifice.
The same white man and his religeon created 80% of all the advances in science,Humanity,Engineering,Health,Government, e.t.c
Man never taught to fly until white man did it. man never taught of going to space till white man did it. same with electricity, nuclear energy, internet,Railway, automobile, computers, advances in food, polio vaccine the reason why u are not cripped, and many more.
African is backward not becos of religeon but low IQ. secondly africans do not pratice true christanity. they are only religeous but not righteous.

It took the whiteman to show you that u have oil. so you are telling me that all the educated Nigerians in all enedvour have not beneffited
from the white man and his religeon?

i guess your brain wiring is runned into septic tank."

The reason why i am posting this is because a research of mine on google about modern perception about race and especially blacks directed me to this hate spewed, racist site called www.stormfront.org. i read how this people say they go to black oriented forums to taunt them, divide them and take on their most intelligent minds and found out all negroes have lower I.Q than other races grin (Very laughable at best).

Please watch out for them, in this forum. They can spew their hatred in their dry and useless forums. Never come to our forum to do that, it's a warning. People who do that are coward. face us one-on -one if you think you are better than us. Don't hide behind your monicker and pretend to be us. You want to prove you have practically lifted the world on your shoulders which is called bravery, then be brave about it and engage us if you are not a coward.

At least we know people who stole practically everything from other races and put their names. undecided

Travel / How To Choose A Travel Destination by serex6: 10:05pm On Oct 18, 2015
A lot of us wants to travel but we just don't know where to go. As a Travel Junkie I have decided to offer some easy ways to help you in your choice of a travel destination either for family vacation, honeymoon or Alone time for you. Choosing a travel destination is a very tricky decision because there are just so many places to visit, so many things to do. Budget, interest and time will most likely play a part in the decision making process but with so many amazing places in the world, how to narrow down all the wonderful destinations, is usually the problem? While some people want to go everywhere, other people don’t have one place on their wish list and they’re not sure how to discover new places to go.

Whichever situation you’re in, here are my top tips to help you choose your travel destinations.

First of all, let’s start with some questions:
•Bustling City or Quiet Countryside?
•Hot or cold weather?
•Adventure or Relaxation?
•Shopping, Culture or Adrenaline?
•Family, Friends, Couple or Solo?
•Independent travel or have everything organized for you?
•Budget or splash the cash? Or somewhere in the middle?
•Off the beaten track or a tried and tested destination?

After choosing from the options above, then i think you are half-way to making a decision on your next travel destinations.

Now is the time to get in the right frame of mind

NOW FOLLOW THIS 10 TIPS TO DECIDE ON YOUR TRAVEL DESTINATION

#1. Be open-minded

Haven’t heard a place? Can’t even pronounce a place? Have no idea where a place is? But you’ve found suspiciously cheap flights to said place…? Then google the place, check if it’s safe for foreigners, check the weather, the culture and language before you book that flight! Sometimes you’ll have the best adventures in places you can’t pronounce.

#2. Be creative

You want to travel to a certain destination but flights are really expensive? Don’t let this put you off, find an alternative. consider taking a cheap flight to the nearest country or city near it and eventually travelling the rest of your journey with either a train or bus (if it's available), you can check online or seek the advice of an experienced travel agent, Problem solved.

#3. Consider the underdog

Every country has a ‘second city’ that have as much tourist attractions like the 'Main' or Capital City it’s often a much cheaper and a more unique alternative to the capital city. South Africa has Capetown, in place of Johannesburg, Malaysia has Penang in place of Kuala Lumpur, Namibia has Swakopmund in place of Windhoek.

#4. Ask yourself ‘why’?

Why do you want to travel? Do you want to relax, have fun with your mates, reconnect with a loved one, switch off from work, learn something new, Do you just want to shop or have an adventure? It’s easier to decide where you’re going when you know why you’re going there.

#5. Be decisive

You’ve found a place you want to go. Book it now. Go on, book it. Don’t think about it for 3 weeks and then think a bit more and then realize you’ve missed the opportunity. When you commit to something, it forces you to fulfill your commitment.

#7. Safe choices aren’t bad choices

Yes, I like to be adventurous in my travel choices but a good old weekend in Paris or an all-inclusive beach holiday should never been sneered at. So what if a million people have done it before you. If you have a good time, that’s all that matters.

#6. Remember, remember…

You’ll only regret the things you didn’t do.

Don't be all talk and no action, it doesn't hurt to be a little more adventurous.

#8. Go Solo

You’ve found somewhere you REALLY want to go but no one wants to go with you? Don’t let this stop you, go solo!

#9. Don’t dismiss your own backyard

Who said travelling has to include long flights? Search a little closer to home, you’d be surprised by the hidden gems you.

#10. There’s always a budget option

Don’t let your budget stop you from travelling somewhere. Even the most expensive countries have budget options like hostels where you can cook your own food, free city tours and public transport. You’re going to need to be creative but that often makes it more fun.

If you have any suggestions you can feel free to add

Educational Services / Uk Degree And Certficate In A Malaysian University! Its Very Real And Possible by serex6: 11:51am On May 11, 2012
Good day everyone,I am currently based in malaysia with my husband who is working and also schooling.

If you desire to study in UK, but cannot cope with the high cost of living and school fees, then Malaysia is another place you can get a UK certified Degree, and its just three (3) years to complete your bachelors degree. and 1 and half years for masters.

Malaysia is one of the major tourist hub in Asia and coupled with that cost of living is very cheap compared to UK.

for more enquiries you can contact me on my Email: serex6@gmail.com or send in your enquiries on nairaland.

To assure you that I am not involved in fraud, i will only help with the connection but the school will directly deal with you
