How do i invest in eurobond assuming i have the minimum $200,000?
Talk to your account officer or financial advisor.

StanbicIBTC bank is a fantastic bank when it comes to eurobond dealings. If you have an account with them, they're your best bet!

Please, how do i buy Eurobond?
Can i subscribe for Eurobond through my bank?
You need a minimum of $200,000USD to invest in eurobond. If you don't have up to that amount, then you can take the eurobond fund route through any of the accredited fund managers.

Top on the list are: United Capital (InvestNow), StanbicIBTC Dollar Fund, and GTCO (Investment One - Vantage Dollar Fund). You need a minimum investment amount of $1000 with $500 subsequent top-up.

Please gurus help me choose

Investment of 5m

1. Treasury bill at 5.5% pa

2. Buy dollar @ 605
If you already have investment(s) in naira, go for option 2. However, don't stop at just buying but buy and invest in Eurobond (dollar) fund. You'll come out fine!

By the way, this time last year, dollar was around 510.

NSEMPA is quiet.
It's well o.

* Meanwhile, ZENITH's Dividend yield as at today's closing price, 21.95 is 13.93%......The stock with highest dividend yield in NSE so far......
* Followed by GTCO; 13.86%@21.50
* Followed by UBA 13.16% @7.55
* Followed by MANSARD 11.74% @2.04
** Next: UCAP 11.63% @13; FIDELITY 10.63% @3.26: ACCESS 10.47% @9.55
Awesome update, madam Mercy. However, most people here are JIJOISTs so it's quiet for the obvious reason. However, the buy-and-hold geng aka long term investors will be buying at these fantastic prices all the way down as it gets cheaper!

Yes, I have finally received my Emirates ID. The new format with chips that serves also as residence permit.
It's a two year residence visa and issued from Abu Dhabi Emirates.
There's nothing like embargo on Nigerians residence visa. If took less than 3 weeks to process it.

Nigerians be of good character wherever you are living and we all shall prosper.
To a large extent, there is actually embargo on Nigerian passport holders. Success rate of your renewal or new visa application depends on a number of factors which include, but not limited to, the company you work for, the emirates you work/live in, your profession etc. You most likely work for ADNOC.

I noticed myself something I considered a warming signal ! Obviously i didn't want to invest without explanations regarding this.. insulting me isn't the way to go please.. Someone telling me to burn my money instead of investing isn't an insult.. it's simply emphasizing how worthless and money wasting the investment would be. Saying i invest in ponzi on the other hand is downright insulting.. I don't talk to people that way and won't be spoken to like that either.. same way someone here said i must be high for listening to Peter's advice. The same mercy and co jumped to the person's defence.. I maintain my position that blind loyalty operates here.. if not let me see you correct Emmanuel ewumi for saying without proof that i invest in ponzi scheme and digital agric !!!
Boss-boss, believe me when I say pa Emma was only ''catching cruise'' regarding the Ponzi investment statement. I know him beyond this platform and I can categorically tell you that it was all fun, the intention wasn't to insult you in anyway. However, if you felt offended, I apologize on his behalf. Trust me when I say he's a very good man!

I don't know jackshit about the stock market.
I did exactly what professionals advise us not to do - I blindly picked Guinness @17.

Now, I feel like writing and selling a stocks literacy ebook.
Please invest in your financial education even if you continue to take a contrarian approach to investing. That you got this right doesn't mean you'll always get it right. Not knowing sh!t about the stock market will not take any serious investor very far in the stock market. By the way, continue to enjoy your loot. More wins!

Real estate is good.
Like Pa emma always adviced, cash flow is the most important thing. Having properties bringing continuous cashflow while the properties appreciate in value is also a good way to beat devaluation.

The only challenge with real estate is getting tenants who will be reasonable and won't default on payment.
This is where the challenge lies, some tenants are ready to send you back to the village. But then, every money-making venture has its own risks. Choose your risk wisely!

Is it good to buy Access at its current price?
Or better to wait and see if it will drop in price
soon?
I'll answer your question differently.

Grab the last financial reports of GTCO and STANBIC to see if the numbers make sense to you. If you believe in their profitability moving forward and you're ready to invest long-term for cashflow(dividend income) and possible price appreciation, then you know what to do. The market has a number of juicy opportunities for those who know where to look.

Buy now that the prices are high and risk of bear is all over the market.
Average down when the price drops angry

What happened to holding your cash until the market tanks and buying your fill?
...And what happens if the market doesn't tank? We should begin to look at investment from a long term point of view and consistently invest in fundamentally sound stocks that are selling at a bargain. Note the keywords: long-term and consistency!
