Despite complaining about this chair since the day it was delivered, nothing has been done about it from Konga's end.
I had complained about the fact that the Chair always comes down by itself and even all the screws didn't fit since purchasing it from them.

While sometimes a product may have issues with the manufacturer, keeping mum after collecting N74,000 from me without solving the problem nor refunding my money after all these months is completely unacceptable.

Simply putting it here so others don't fall prey to this unfortunate sham!
