Hello guys please assist me on my umidigi A3
I have an airtel 4g on my line but I can't seem to browse Iwith it apart from only whatsapp. There's a mark of x on the network and I believe the fault is from my set cos I've tried it with another android phone but I'm unable to browse with the airtel Sim on my umidigi.
I've done every suggestions and it seems not to work. Plz I need assistancd, tnx

Check under ur notification drawer, u will see this notification like bar with " sign in to network"
* Tap on it
* Then check to the top right corner of ur screen, u will find three dots (option sign) , tap on it and select " use network as is" and u are good to go!

The complains here about the A5 pro are not strangely new , the same thing happened with the A3 and A3 pro, buh subsequent updates from umidigi and support from this forum helped solved many of the issues, am very sure complete solutions will be available for the A5 pro with time.

Umipatience will be required tho..

And i trust umidigi to wow us with a nice design like this one below for the next line of A series

Facing the same prb here, cant recieve OTP messages on my Etisalat, tried calling tge customer care and all they did was give me procedures on how to cancel DND ,which i already did yesternight,with a message that i should wait for 24hrs for it to be effective, not sure if it will work tho, cos i rechecked my dnd status and its says non activated.
