Then the deputy came the next day and the first thing they came with was with camera they didn't bring any aid and they have told everybody not to use camera..that's y dey chased them out..they just came to use the opportunity for political campaign

I thought it was at the point of denial thay they brought out camera if not, why did they not show when they arrived,filling forms and waiting for the approval, moreso, they needed to be going about with cameras for evidence in case of ambush and attacks form other opponents ( not necessarily the rulling party)

The Federal High Court in Abuja, on Friday, granted bail to the convener of #RevolutionNow protest, Mr. Omoyele Sowore.

Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu also barred them from addressing any rally pending the conclusion of their trial on charges of treasonable felony among others.
She also barred Sowore from traveling out of Abuja and the second defendant out of Osogbo, during the trial.

She granted bail to Sowore in the sum of N100m with two sureties in like sum.

The sureties who must be resident in Abuja must also have landed assets worth the bail sum in Abuja, and they are to deposit the original title documents of the assets with the court.

The judge also ordered him to deposit the sum of N50m in the account of the court as security.
She granted bail to the second defendant in the sum of N50m with one surety.

The defendants’ lawyer, Mr. Femi Falana (SAN), has described the bail conditions as stringent.

The judge ordered that the defendants be remanded in the custody of the Department of State Service pending when the would meet the bail conditions.

Three countries claim they DID NOT vote for Lionel Messi for The Best award - and now FIFA reveal Egypt's vote for Mohamed Salah was rejected because it was written in CAPITAL LETTERS

FIFA have been caught in a vote-rigging storm as football's governing body fought claims the ballot for their prestigious 'The Best' awards was manipulated.

Lionel Messi walked away with the best men's player accolade at the glitzy ceremony in Milan on Monday, pipping Cristiano Ronaldo and Virgil van Dijk to the award.

Given Van Dijk's remarkable season at Liverpool and Ronaldo's excellent campaign at Juventus - Messi winning the award was met with a degree of surprise.
FIFA determines the best players based on the votes of national team coaches, captains as well as a journalist from each country.

But Messi's claim to the honour has been thrown into doubt following after Egyptian football association and Nicaragua's captain Juan Barrera raised concerns over the authenticity of the ballots - citing uncounted or misallocated votes.

Egypt's association called on FIFA to explain why the votes of coach Shawki Ghareeb and captain Ahmed Elmohamady were not taken into account.

Ghareeb and Elmohamady - who both opted for Mohamed Salah as their top choice - are not mentioned in FIFA's publication of official votes that was published after the award ceremony.

The Egyptian FA claim they officially sent their votes to FIFA on August 15, four days before the deadline.

On Thursday, the governing body provided a bizarre explanation as to why the Egyptian's votes weren't included - claiming the signatures on the voting forms were in capital letters and thus invalid.

FIFA also cite the Egyptian's voting forms were not signed by the federations's general secretary which is mandatory.
From there, the Egyptian FA was contacted by FIFA requesting confirmations from their captain and coach.

According to the FIFA voting office, which is monitored by independent observer PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Egyptian FA received two reminders to submit the properly signed voting forms by August 19.

FIFA insists the Egyptian FA did not respond until August 21 and therefore, the votes from the Egyptian FA could not be counted.

The governing body were also keen to stress that the Egyptian FA was in turmoil in July and August - by which point voting for 'The Best' awards was already open - after its leadership resigned due to the national team's early exit at the African Cup of Nations.

World football's governing body also responded to Nicaragua skipper Barrera's claims he didn't vote for Messi.

Barrera insisted on social media that he did not register any votes for the awards - despite the official publication of votes having him selected Messi, Sadio Mane and Ronaldo in that order.

His club Real Esteli have confirmed their player's comments.
There were similar claims relating to Sudan boss Zdravko Logarusic after an image of what appeared to be an official voting slip in which he voted for Salah, Mane and Kylian Mbappe emerged despite FIFA claiming he actually selected Messi, Van Dijk and Mane.

There are comments attributed to Logarusic where he is alleged to have claimed the votes cast in his name do not reflect his choices, though the authenticity of the image and quote have been questioned.

But a FIFA spokesman insists the votes from Barerra and Logarusic correctly correspond with their official voting document.

To strengthen FIFA's insistence that Barrera did in-fact vote, a document purportedly signed by the player emerged yesterday. The document corresponds with FIFA's official confirmation of votes.

'We have checked the voting documents submitted by the Nicaraguan and Sudanese FAs and all these documents are signed and confirmed with the official stamp of the Nicaraguan and Sudanese FAs,' the spokesman said.

'Having compared with the vote sheets submitted by the FAs and the ones we have published we confirm that we have the right votes signed by the player/coach.

'We are asking the Nicaraguan and the Sudanese FAs to inquire on this matter.'

Sometimes ago black faze came out to diss 2 baba on a track, a friend of mine played it to me and was like black faze his stupid and he is just looking for attention and that the track is whack, I think that was what Nigerians thought, to me black face shouldn’t have gone that far to diss 2 baba, 2 baba his like a demi god in Nigeria music industry “a living legend”, no matter what black faze says everybody would be on 2 baba side, because he worked hard to get to where he is today and earned Nigerians respect.
But being in black faze shoes I think I understand where he is coming from, Black faze should have been a legend or among the greats in the industry he should have been up there with the legends of music industry with the likes of DON JAZZY ,PSQUARE even far more greater, that is if PLANTAINSHUN BOYZ were still together till date also if 2baba had not left PLANTAINSHUN BOYZ to KENNIS MUSIC and most especially if black faze had worked harder not to be forgotten, and then black Faze story might have been different today, he might have been a legend in the industry
To me I see black faze as a legend, he made Nigerians witness a super star like 2 baba by assisting him to lime light, letting Nigerians have a taste of good music till date, According to black faze he taught our legend( 2 baba) how to “rhyme” and how to make good music we should respect him for that, so without black faze in the picture we might not have had a legend like 2baba, we should always respect those who assisted us at the beginning of our career because directly or indirectly they linked us up to the world but people tend to forget easily.
Black faze would always be pained thinking that the game might have been different if 2 baba had not left their group because 2 face was a very big asset In the group, black faze also accused 2 baba of stealing some of his songs which also made 2 face famous, , so to him it was as if 2 baba ruined is career indirectly, black faze might have been a boss now and also signed in some good artiste and maybe we might have had other good musicians better than 2 baba trained by black faze, so I don’t really blame him, he would be going through a lot seeing someone he assisted to lime light, becoming so famous and him not being recognized by the artiste and singing his songs(am not accusing 2 baba just imagining black faze thoughts) which were hits, I know it sounds like jealousy but black Faze his human there is a part of him that would feel sad and jealous, but I think 2 baba should have done better by recognizing black faze ( he might have tried to though)
But 2 baba was born to be a legend with hard work and consistency and producing good music till present, in built talent, even without the assistance of black faze back then 2 baba could still have been a legend.
So lets us repect Black faze for what he has done in the past and for bringing out a group in which Nigeria first heard the beautiful voice of our now Legend 2 baba. Black Faze is a SUPPOSED TRUE LEGEND WE NEVER HAD.
I wrote this article not to cause any rift, but to let both parties sit back and understand their mistake and end the beef between them.
