i was posted 2 warri and served in their state owned TV station. aside the meager allowances being paid 2 corp members, warri almost killed me wit fun and lafta. but i almost wasnt able 2 save cos tins were a bit more xpensive since its perceived 2 be a rich oil state. i had a diary of my everyday activities thru out the service year which i ll cherish 4 a long time.
Anyway, tins need 2 be improved upon especially allowances. 9700 is 2 meager 4 an adult as salary.
