please i would like to know where i can download the transcript request form.....pls help

THANK YOU VERY MUCH ....HAD TO SEND A MAIL TO THE SCHOOL AND THE REPLY WAS 30KB FOR SIZE, 150 WIDTH AND 150 HEIGHT....DID THAT AND IT WORKED

i did that ...reduced it to 6kb ..still not uploading

Reduce it to 7kb or 8kb thou I used 7kb for mine and it uploads sharply. Goodluck

pls have been having issues with uploading my passport .....the error message is "invalid picture format" .....i would like to know if there is a specification the picture has to been in ....be it size of pic , width and height ....pls help
