By the end of 2013, almost 65 million adolescents between the ages of 12 to 15 years old were denied their right to an education, in addition to 59 million children of primary education that were out of school.
Imagine you couldn't read anything on this page. Imagine walking down the street, not being able to read road signs or not being able to add up your wages.
Where would you be today?
Right now millions of children are missing out on their right to an education. They can’t go to school because they have to work to survive, because they are girls or even because there are no schools where they live.
Where will these children be when they grow up without the chance to learn?
We’re working to make sure every child goes to school. We’re reaching out to children who have to work or are caught up in emergencies with learning.

You can help with this too. All you need do is look around you and refer a child that you think deserves good education.
How?! Simple!! You can do either of the following:

What's the meaning of this mail I just got from centre for sustainable development through the information officer 2014/2015 ADMISSION

"Dear Applicant,

            This is to inform you that if you have not been admitted into your department of choice, you can still be admitted into the following courses available at the centre for sustainable development (CESDEV).

 The courses are:

1.      Master’s in development practice (MDP)
2.      Academic master in tourism development
3.      Academic master in indigenous knowledge and development

5.      Professional master in sustainable integrated rural development

ADMISSION CRITERIA

1.      Candidate must score minimum of 40% in test of English conducted by PG School.
2.      Graduate of any discipline who have 2.2 and above can be admitted into the Academic master’s degree programmes.
3.      Graduates of any discipline who have 3rd class and above or HND graduates with minimum of lower credit can be admitted into the professional master degree programmes.
