Thank you again, can we please chat privately? Vikkyexman:
There's no timeframe set for you to reapply. However, regarding this ongoing new rules, you might need attestation letter from the province you want to study before you can reapply unless you are a master or PhD student.
Kindly note that gcms notes takes about 30 days for you to receive it, but I strongly believe that improper documentation of your POF or SOP is the issue. In my case, I was rejected also for financial reason and I reapply after one week by writing another SOP tailored to address the refusal reason by telling the officer how I met the financial requirement. I also submitted additional documents (more sources of funds) to back up the claim. Although I later ordered the gcms note, and the concern of the officer was he didn't satisfy regarding the source of funds, limited evidence pertaining to the source of funds and how I accumulated my savings. With that, I had 80% confidence that I was going to be approved for my second application because of the additional documents submitted because I knew I have money and not because of insufficient funds why I was rejected.
Sometimes, since you don't know who will handle your application, it's recommended to write SOP of what a 5 year old boy will understand. Ensure you read and read over and over again. Ask for people's review and ask if they understand the SOP and if it's convincing enough. In addition, ensure you don't over compress your documents.
Order your GCMS notes as well.

Vikkyexman:
In that case, I think the issue is from SOP. I'm not sure if you explain in details. Below documents are what I think will work
For your Salary Account 6 months Bank Statement Employment letter Payslip A reference letter from your employer (optional)
For your Spouse Account If employed, same as above. If self employed, he need to show:
CAC certificate Form Co2 (Board of Directors form) Previous receipts of contract/job completed Tax receipts 6 months or more Bank Statement of the business Picture of your work in progress (optional) Facebook/Instagram page of the business
Property Valuation Comprehensive Report from registered survivor and valuer Pictures of the properties CofO or Survey Documents if it's landed property Any other additional documents about the property
Ensure all documents are properly explained in your SOP by referencing them.
You can as well order your GCMS notes to know exact reason behind your refusal. Thank you so much for this information |

Every bullets revolves around funds. What you need to do check is you POF. Was it sufficient? How was it documented? Was it easy to understand? Was it properly explained in your SOP? Did you submitted convincing additional documents regarding the source of funds? Thank you so much. I submitted 2m+ from my salary account and 32m from my sponsor's account who happens to be spouse Property valuation of 105,000,000 naira. I am not sure if I did explained enough but i did, maybe not enough. my application was done by me. 1 Like |

Do an upfront. That was what I did [/quote]
I already submitted my application and it has been over a month now, without an upfront medical exam, are you saying I should do an upfront medical exam? |
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by sherryju: 10:39pm On Jan 25 |
Vikkyexman:
Nothing. Just wait. It took almost two months for my upfront medical to be updated. Right now processing time is 9 weeks, so wait till the end of 9 weeks then send email and webform to follow up with them. If there's anyone his/her own application is more than 9 weeks, kindly send email and webform now to nairobi@international.gc.ca, nrobi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca or/and nrobi-immigration@international.gc.ca. Ensure you include your application and UCI number in the mail. Another way is to send webformwebform using this link https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=Nairobi How long does it take ircc to request for your medical exam 1 Like |
