I have picture evidences of the laptop they sold me, when I was unfortunate to open it, you need to see the way the board or whatever had been reworked, several cables, cut and held up with paper tape, yes I know its not a new laptop, but only a wicked person would sell such to someone for sudden or selfish gains, ok I still tried reaching a compromise with them, they won't get back to you, as long as u have made your purchase and you are not calling for a new purchase, suddenly they would all be forming busy, but try reaching them with another number and want to buy something, they suddenly would reply to you, but when this issue came up they suddenly won't get back to you.
