oh if i may continue from above, I am actually at work right now, busted my ass from midnight to 430am, to save a man who is bleedding from his ass, i mean bright red blood, the DR says he does not know what else to do, because we have done a lot huh, so it is my responsibilty to see that he makes it through the night, you know, i am exhausted, i am going to take my ass to the conference room and eat the FREE breakfast management is serving at 630am for nurses week and then i am taking my butt home kissing my husband and baby and passing the hell OUT

OK , as an RN, i am always irritated when i see shows where the RN is made the MDs plaything, reasons below

1. They ARE portrayed as such by the media and of course the powerful lobby groups that makes it seem as if we are the doctors plaything
2. it is an attempt to make it seem like the nurse is dumb and not smart enough to think critically just to carry out orders
3. it is a ploy by the medical field especially in the media, how many times have you seen a nurse save a life
4. all those stupid shows that show a doctor giving fluids, or procedures are whack , no Dr does that
5. a nurse is good for more than that- being a plaything,
6. i don't call my patients honey, sugar, sweetie and i don't let them call me that either, your better half is at home
7. i am not a mean nurse, I am actually very friendly but i like to keep the lines clear, don't call me any terms of endearment i am not your sugar, it is a perpertration of the myth of nurse as a sex symbol
8`. i have worked with phenomenal nurses and stupid nurses, just like i have worked with smart physicians and  incompetent doctors that i would not even let treat my cat if i had one (and i don't like cats!!!)
9. in the US there is a nurse advocacy group that is like a watch dog for nurses to keep us in the know especially when media, Dr groups try to blame nurses or make it seem like we are stupid

10. YOU NEED A NURSE TO SAVE YOUR LIFE SOMETIMES, IT IS WHAT I DO IN CRITICAL/ INTENSIVE CARE, SAVE YOUR ASS, BECAUSE THE DR IS NOT THERE, I AM TRAINED TO THINK ON MY FEET, QUICKLY AND INTELLIGENTLY, I LEARNED FROM AWESOME NURSES AND GREAT PHYSICIANS, SO WHEN YOU HAVE OPEN HEART SURGERY OR MAJOR PROCEDURES AND ARE CRASHING (READ DYING)YOU NEED A NURSE TO KEEP YOU ALIVE UNTIL THE DR GETS THERE ,

[]ok i am analyzing this with my husband,,,, and we both came to the same conclusion, THIS IS DEEPLY PERSONAL, i think you either fell in love or fell for someone who u thot was a "good" girl by your definition, and you were stunned, plus you also say you are young. So i think that plays into things too, insulting women and calling them shameless dogs, is an absolute NO NO from a GOD FEARING GUY as you claim to be, even the bible says when they were about to stone the harlot to death, Jesus said "let him who hath no sin cast the first stone". SO this is my take:
1. you are still young and have not experienced anything , until you walk in one's shoes, you cannot know where it hurts
2. you probably got ur heart and pride hurt and so this verbal attack is reflex
3. Dont judge anyone
4. i understand you are wishing more/some women are more pure etc but life is what it is, you will not rid the world of easy girls whatever you do
5. lastly remember, for everygirl that is loose in your opinion, there is a guy ready to sleep with her, so maybe you should also address the men also

As a young God fearing guy staying in one oil servicing staff quaters, It pains me to heart to see how ladies of diffrent class are used sexually by guys. What do they want?, Shame to ladies including any of my sisters who are depreciating the value of womanhood. Some shameless dogs will boldfacedly, as a girl desribe their ignominous sexual escapades on nairaland not with their husbands or fiacee but with some He goats for the sake of it. At age 20-30, you have had sex with not less than 5 men and u said you are not promiscuous. Just imagine, are you so cheap that every guy that date you must sleep with you?, what will you leave for your husband?, a slack horse penetrated hole!. Shame on you!
What I am saying is that ladies should wise up. Many of them enter into all this sex exscapades and said they into relationships and later when they are dumped, they say there are no true love. Is that how our mothers got married?. Do they sleep around seaching for the bigest privates in town in a relationship before they were married? Do they just open themselves to men for every relationships?. For heart break to discontinue, ladies it is ur your hands. Stop merchandising your sex. go for a purposeful relationship?. You will alws know what a guy want from you in a relationship except you are deceiving yourself. Stop playing cards, stop doing try and error relationship, stop , think before you give out your sex to one foolish guy who after using you, will tramp on you and called you names, Wise up. wise up. true love exist!, true relationship exist, Thats my heart cry.
