Well, the sudden dizziness you felt and the pain in your left hand might actually not be linked with anaemia. It could actually be due to arteriostenosis/arteriolostenosis(narrowing and occlusion of the arteries/ arterioles).

So, I think it's HBP related, not anaemia!

However about 3days ago, I started having pains in my left hand though not too sharp. Could this be as a result of having shortage of blood in my system. Moreover, I'm a BP patient though I take my drugs regularly and rest often. Thank you sir
