Infact the States that have more than one person with the same highest score in the test will have to write another test, one person must be chosen.

Would they be awarding local scholarships or overseas scholarships

I just reached out to them. i was informed that the selection process has been concluded i.e candidates have already been selected for the masters program

If its still HCP thats sending mails. Im guessing the job is a contract job. Please can anyone convince me otherwise.
