The Service of a Female Secretary/Customer service officer is required to;

Attend to all customers promptly and with courtesy - physically and on phone
Generate business by marketing new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods like cold calling
Manage existing customers through appropriate propositions and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
Assist customers with service and menu information to aid decision making
Perform duties of customer data management
