Autos / Re: How Come No New Mazdas In Naija? by sinmbo(m): 9:44pm On Sep 11, 2008
The thing is that people in Nigeria are used to cars which are durable. The initial cars that mazda produced like the 323s, 626s, 929s are good but the engine of these vehicles once they are bad, they cannot be repaired and this is the difference between them and the engine of Honda, Toyota etc.

Although the designs they now carry is chic but I think this is the overiding condition.
Phones / Re: Etisalat - Nigeria's 5th GSM Operator by sinmbo(m): 10:14am On Sep 11, 2008
I saw on paper, they want to give free calls for life for the 1st One Million people to register.
My friend try to register through their website and they wanted him to enter his present number in order to cancel it and give him theirs.

But why are they requesting one to forgo his/her formal number, in order to register for their own. Is this not ridiculous

And hav anyone register through their website to start enjoying free calls for LIFE

please fellow forum members give us more information!!!!!

Politics / Haven't They Passed The Budget, We Are In September? by sinmbo(m): 10:32am On Sep 06, 2008
"The 2008 budget is not in any way threatened. Both chambers have finished work on it,
As soon as the House constitutes its conference committee, both committees will meet to harmonise the teo versions of the ammended budget as already passed,
, the budget, therefore is on course and following the normal process" - Senate President returning from his overseas trip (Punch September 4, 2008)

Politics / Re: Nigeria Signs Nuclear Agreement With Iran by sinmbo(m): 8:54pm On Sep 03, 2008
Georgia, Bolivia, South Africa, Philippines, Greece are not under the UN Sanctions, but Iran is. You do not go shaking hadns with those who are under investigation, it puts you also under investigation.

It is not about religion but about foreign policy.

I sincerely agree with you.
