It goes either way. Many great footballers who have gone on to coach at club or national team level have also been technical directors of football. Eguavoen who is the current technical director of football in the football federation was once a national team coach. Even amuneke been touted was offered the job of technical director but had to reject it because of contractual agreement in Egypt. There are also examples outside the shores of this country who had been either coaches or technical directors and were once great footballers in their time.

Exactly my point. While he erred and behaved unprofessional by having some other form of engagement(joining the protest) when he is supposed to be working from home, i expect the company to formally issue him a query and give him an opportunity to defend his action. The company can also while waiting for his official response, ask him to make himself available at any of the government certified lab. for a covid-19 test fully paid by the coy. While I may not be a structural engineer, but my findings reveal from a possibility of many that the blocks and sand which are all made from Granite stone dust "quarry dust" which is used in the construction industry in Abuja is responsible for this. While it makes the vibrated blocks much stronger than the ones made from natural river sand "sharp sand", the downside of it is it aids capillary action greatly.
