Congratulations!!!
Please, can you enlighten us more on the reasons for refusal and how you tackled it. So we can learn. Thanks.

the reasons was based on finance even though I submitted my sponsor bank statement but the money in my bank statement then wasn't much. So I fund my account, paid 1 year tuition fee then reapplied.

Congrats.
Please can you say why you were refused initially and how you solved the issue so others can continue to enrich their knowledge on the happenings in the visa process. Thanks

based on financial grounds. So I fund my account, pay the remaining balance of my tuition for one year. That's what I did differently

Good day lovely people,

Please, I need some directives on the way forward. I had my application refused yesterday by the VO on the basis of lack of enough financial resources. I applied for a Post Graduate course, paid first semester fee, had a bank balance of almost 7 million as at when I requested for my bank statement, my brother had a bank balance of over 30 million because he actually wrote a sponsorship letter to co-sponsore me.

I have decided to reapply immediately. Please, what steps do I need to take? Defer the admission till September? Someone should please, guide me

Many thanks in advance
sorry for that. But at this point of refusal, it only takes courage to reapply by yourself again. I suggest you involve a licensed consultant for Canada Immigration, I didn't say agent ooo.

So they have to appeal the refusal, and handle the process for you for a better result on a second try . Why I say this is because applying after refusal by your self again might lead to you repeating the same mistake. I know how frustrating a first refusal might be not to think of a second one. Please don't claim to be acada on this traveling issue all we want is to see ourselves in canada it doesn't matter if you did it yourself or you applied through a firm. Las Las all man go dey alright, note: don't feel reluctant not to know the processes, ways and step by step during your application and before approval. There's knowledge in all these. I wish you PPR on your next try, just repackage to refire so as to retire in canada. All the best.

Hello, I love to apply for undergraduate degree with university of Regina ( Canada) , do you think I can apply by myself or do I need agentā€™s help? Actually I have NECO and I was told university of Manitoba doesnā€™t accept NECO result but only WAEC which I do not have.

So I like to ask, if applying by myself will be challenging or not? Also is it possible for me to accompany my immediate family under study visa?

Thanks for taking your time to read my message and reply. šŸ™
I advise you make a thorough search of schools in Canada. You will have options of different schools to choose from, from the way your question goes, you're not familiar with these stuff and I will advice you seek and advise from a consultant or a good agent, explain things to him the available documents you have. They will be in a better position to help you out so as you get approved once you apply.
2. You can move with your family. Or bring them over later.
3. Look out for a good agent, but I will advice you apply through a registered consultant for canada immigration.
4. If you can do it yourself as many of us here, please don't rush things, take your time, do more research, ask questions, gather the required documents and apply. Thank you

Please I graduated from secondary school 2017 and I gained admission 2018 since then I havenā€™t graduated due to ASUU Wahala and Nigerian problem and. Now I want to apply for admission into a NBCC and I wanna use my WAEC to start a new course.
My question is whatā€™s the possibility of me getting admission??
you have good chances of gaining admission into any DLI in canada. So I advise you go ahead and apply.

Thanks for your response
If I may ask, when did you do your biometrics after submission
once you submit your application and pay for your biometrics, a BIL will be sent to you. It takes 24hrs to get the BIL that will enable you to do your biometrics.

Hello house
If someone submit 3 statement of accounts from different banks for POF as self sponsored
Will they verified all the 3 statement of account

How long does eligibility take before medical request

I need a response my people
1. They will verify all your documents including your statement of account.
2. It depends on the work load at the embassy, if you can submit this month, there are better chances of starting your eligibility early. People that submitted this month, their eligibility is being reviewed early, I submitted on the 8 of this month which was on a Wednesday reaching on Monday I checked and my eligibility has started already. Though I did upfront medicals to avoid delays.

No I just checked my brotherā€™s account three days ago and saw it that Review of Eligibility had started.

Medical request eventually came in after I posted. How early is too early to travel? Program is starting in September. I am in Canada and can receive my brother anytime. Is it okay if he travels in May?

please I will like to k ow when you submitted your brother's application. Because I submitted mine on the 8 of march and my eligibility is being reviewed, though I submitted all my documents including my medicals and biometrics.

Then to answer your question, I think your brother is eligible to travel 1 month before his start date to avoid being sent back at the POE.

Just go ahead and send it using webform. And if there's any document you find missing, you can later upload it using webform.

Thank you so much as this is actually a good response.
Thank you so much, I really appreciate .
ChiKen2027:
Hello,

Are you referring to a study Permit or Visiting Visa? It seems you are referring to a student study permit from your information. Regardless, medicals might not reflect on your account until 30 days after or until your application is finalized depending on whether you did the medicals upfront or you did afterward. If you applied last week Monday, I am assuming you did medicals upfront. If you did medicals upfront, I want to assume you already uploaded your result via web form. However, congratulations ahead! there is a high chance you passed the medicals if your eligibility has started.

Even my background check is saying they are processing it . Please what does this mean as I'm going for may intake.

I submitted my study visa application last week and this week Monday, my eligibility is being reviewed. I want to know if they have passed my medical exams and biometrics because thereā€™s no update there. And I want to know the possibility of early approval since they started the eligibility review on time. And Iā€™m going for may intake, a quick response from anyone here will go a long way thanks.
