pls guys i collected my new registration number since last two weeks thursday and till now is still saying "NOT FOUND" what shld i do considering registration will soon end....responds needed urgently

i registered my jamb in one of jamb accredited centers but they did not use my jamb registration number even after i asked them 2 do so it was after the registration that i noticed they used other diploma and since then i have been uneasy because i no it will result to problem later so i want to cancel this registration and go for new one but i dont know how to go about it.
