@ dadonda, I actualy converted my 1TB HDD into 500GB FAT32 and 500GB ntfs so I can copy games to d fat n play off d ps3 wit d fat n backup wit d ntsf, U can do dat wit swiss knife too,

use d following commands 2 format to FAT32

1. Go to ‘run’ from the start button and type ‘cmd’ to bring up the command window.
2. Type this in the command line: format (Drive letter): /FS:FAT32

or alternatively

get swiss knife n cut dat *ish

ok i'm new here on nairaland but i got dis whole jailbreak tin on lockdown so i'l start off wit d NTFS/FAT 32 saga

Ps3 lik d mac operatin system has issues wit the ntfs file system therefore it does't recognise it. now the single largest conventional unit u can get for a FAT32 wud b in the region of 16-20gb so u definately cant save games lik GOW3 or Killzone3 which are 34GB and 40GB respectively, leavin u with d option of copyin such games 2 ur internal HDD,

well guess wot, i have a dedicated 1TB HDD for jus my ps3 games and its in FAT32 so i hav no limit 2 d games i can rip or download,
u cud actually format larger partitions of harddisk space to FAT using the command prompt or a tool called swiss knife,
now it also gets a bit tricky cos u cant copy single large files of games like UNCHARTED and RED DEAD REDEMPTION to FAT32 directly so ur only option is to copy 2 ur ps3 harddrive,

wait for it,

there's actually a tool called ps3 splitter that splits big files but leaves them in a format that ur ps3 understands so u can do dat n play ur games from ur external HDD direct,

i'm workin on a way to split games directly from ur ps3 so u can move it 2 ur external HDD n save up space,

there's also a way to bypass d PSN ban online using the WUTANGRZRA jail break but i'm not goin into dat now, its way way safe to jus hav 2 separate consoles 4 online gamin and hackin,

there's no 3.56 jailbreak so if any1 says he can do it jus kno ur ps3 is gonna get bricked, for games dat need u 2 uprade to 3.56 to play jus go online and search 4 d modified EBOOT file for the game and patch it n it works fine on ur 3.55 CFW,
