What was the basis Ojukwu invaded Mid West and unanimously declared it an independent nation and from there launched an attack on the Western region if not an igbo expansionist agenda to colonize their betters.

Tell me why Ojukwu can't attack Yorubaland when Yoruba people were in biafraland commuting genocide?

Politics / Re: Court Admits Evidence Showing INEC Server Had No Glitches On Election Day by Sltp: 7:20pm On Jun 19, 2023
9jatriot:
Perhaps someone could provide an explanation regarding this matter. How do any of these factors prove that Obi won the election?

His argument seems to suggest that if the results were not uploaded to iREV, the entire election should be canceled in order for his line of reasoning to make sense. However, I am trying to understand the basis of his argument, which implies that everything went well until the uploading process, without any indication of altered results in those units. He is solely relying on the fact that the results did not upload to claim victory.

I have mentioned before that Obi, along with his lawyers and associates, is aware that he did not win, which is why he is not even attempting to demonstrate his victory and is solely focusing on the issue of iREV not functioning properly.

Nonetheless, INEC should provide a proper explanation as to why that aspect did not work.

Just listen to yourself. Are you usually this dumb or you're just being partisan? Election not being transmitted in realtime is one of the major reason they were able to rig it and announced fake results.

For example, if election results were transmitted in Rivers state, Wike wouldn't have been able to transfer Obi's votes to Tinubu. If it can't happen in Rivera, it can happen in 10 or 15 other states. You don't need to prove that you won. Proving that the whole process is flawed and not credible is enough reason to cancel the election. And Tinubu not being qualified to contest for having dual citizenship is enough to disqualify him and calling for a rerun between Obi and Atiku. But we know this is Nigeria that's not going to happen. Instead of mocking Obi and Atiku for following their case diligently, mock the Nigeria judiciary and everyone will understand

Yes James Ibori made some impact, but since he left successive govts have been useless,to say the least. The warri I know, has become a ghost town, no good roads, no jobs as most of the old companies have relocated out Delta State.
Which impact exactly? He built Oghara and Warri to some extent - is that what you call impact?

I don't blame these boys. There is absolutely no work in northern part of Cyprus. The students visa doesn't come with work permit as there is no job. For this reason, any Cypriot that gives you job will not pay you. They will use you and threaten to get authority to arrest you for working illegally. Except the man is up to something - that is, he had the intention of sending them there to try their luck with Yahoo. That's what all Nigerians there do and some are cashing out occasionally to pay bills and some are cashing out big time. Some are broke and stranded and sleeping on the street even in the winter because work is not paying. Is this what he wants them to experience?

Maybe they should have just tried to cross to the South

Russia is buying weapons. Everybody buys weapons. Russia is also selling weapons in the middle of this war. They buy the ones they find most appropriate for the war on ground and sell others to raise funds.

On the other hand, the whole west is arming Ukraine for free, supplying logistics if you know what that means. Ask any great general, they'll tell you that logistics is what wins a war and this is what the combined western forces is providing Ukraine. The NATO special forces are also on ground their. Lots of volunteers from all over the world and Russia is still holding still

More like GEJ allowed Nigeria bleed for another 9 years...or let's even be more serious...people like IBB and Abacha allowed Nigeria bleed.

IBB tried to remove subsidy....and Nigerians back then said no. Abacha was a strongman and a dictator, but even he did not remove subsidy. Obasanjo did not remove subsidy....ditto Yaradua and GEJ

That subsidy is going now is because we are at a point where we are borrowing to pay for the thing.

Am sure Tinubu would love to keep subsidy, but he knows he cannae afford it.

It's not more like GEJ allowed Nigeria to bleed because Tinubu used his wealth of influence and excessive funds at his disposal to sponsor the mother of all protests like never been seen before in Nigeria. They blackmailed him and made him give up. Majority of Nigerians agreed with the protest because they were deceived

Lol. Who has been running from regional government and decentralization other than Igbos who hid from promoting or talking about it for the 8 years Buhari was President while Yorubas, many in Buhari's own APC camp, led the demand for it?

Why are you people so cursed to the extent you can come on a public forum and lie to yourselves and the world so shamelessly?

When Yorubas used their State houses of assembly to fight and defeat Malami, over the birth of Amotekun, you lot hid.

As soon as Yorubas achieved the precedence, you reactionary cowards were quick to follow suit with Ebubeagu showing you just talk alone while always happy to watch other act.

Today Amotekun is the most comparatively professional complementary force to the NPF in Nigeria while Ebubeagu was disbanded in Abia for being a devilish force of extra judicial killing, kidnapping and robbery (google it) showing, once again, Yorubas no be una mate.

Go and fix yourselves, because you have serious problems, and stop coming online to satisfy your ignorant megalomania and propensity for lies and propaganda.

The truth is that the world knows you never say what you mean and never mean what you say but your crap about regional governance and decentralisation is just a a disgraceful joke taken too far.

Maybe you should tell us where your governors were when what is shown below was going on in 2021. Please regale me with more of your whataboutism and lies.

first, you must be stupid to assume I'm Igbo. Igbo's literally went to war to secede from this country, how far more can one go to assert willingness to be on their own? Yoruba has to decide what they want. You can't keep supporting the oppressors just for crumbs and still turn around to claim the savior. Y'all are the major problem we have in this country. If you stand up to the Hausa the way the Igbo's do, Nigeria would have divided Into more manageable chunks by now and Yoruba country would have more than it is today - but no, you like the crumbs from the massas table and the benefits that Lagos gets from being the commercial capital of a big Nigeria. Y'all never look at the bigger picture.

Talking about Amotekun, Amotekun has been engaging in extra judicial killings as well. I'm from the South South. Among the East, The West and the South, where is Fulani terrorising most? Has your Amotekun being able to safe you? If not, you must be stupid boasting about Amotekun when you can simply get your freedom from Nigeria and use your army to secure against the marauding terrorists. Do you know the way other African countries treat those terrorists? It's because they're independent and have their army. They dare not misbehave in Ghana.

We don't have any security outfit in the south south but Fulani terrorise y'all with Amotekun than they do in our region. Yoruba and Igbo are the majority ethnic groups. Keep embracing massa so they can give you crumbs and think you're hurting the Igbo. You're hurting yourself more

Igbos are leeches but y'all refuse to let them go. You reject regional government and decentralization. You reject referendum. You reject everything that would involve everyone being on their own yet the people that wants out are the leeches. At least if Igbos are no longer sharing nationality with you, you can legally try to boot them out

Lagos is a Yoruba land? Does this mean all Yoruba people are indigenes of Lagos? Why not specify the tribes of Lagos indigenes? It shows that they're only targeting the minority from non Yoruba ethnic groups while the Yoruba from 5 neighboring states take over the state. This is not from the Lagos indigenes, this is a law to make all Yoruba Lagos indigenes and it's not good for the real indigenes

I'm a bonafide south south boy but let's face it- based on those figures, APC no too chop Nigeria's money.

What Jonathan's administration spent for subsidy for 4 years is almost double what Buhari spent for 7 years.

If you divide Buhari's figure, it is lower than what Yaradua spent in 2 years and what Obasanjo spent in a year.

APC may have its problems but you have to admit that their subsidy figure is the lowest in the history of Nigeria.

The data also shows that Buhari's major problem may not have been misappropriation of funds but he couldn't run the economy well. The percentage the naira fell during Buhari's era is scary.
Wasn't subsidy partially removed towards the end of Jonathan's regime? It's obvious the subsidy scam was going to an astronomical level during Jonathan that's why he attempted to remove it but we know the people that fought against it. If Jonathan was specifically involved in the scam, he wouldn't try to remove it

That's if this figure is real. What's the source?
