Job description:
• Engage agent/merchants by providing mobile financial service information and resolving issues/problems from our lagos office.
• Maintaining mobile money agent/merchant records by updating their account and profile information.
• Engage business negotiations with potential and exsting clients and ensure positive outcome of mobile money payment services.
• Contributing and adding value to the sludba team effort on financial inclusion and our mobile money agent network growth.

Qualification:

•Any degree in any discipline
•Multi-tasking
•Problem solving skills
•Documentation skills
•Analysing Information
•Social media awareness literacy
