1)It could be fuel supply problem:maybe the fuel pump is bad.
2)It could that your car is not receiving enough air.
3)It could be the timing e.c.t

Meanwhile, recheck and reconnect all the wire harnesses, then check all the ground connections. If that is ok, then scan vehicle to ensure their is communication with all relevant modules. So many ECU's and BCM's have been fried by the ignorance and carelessness of technicians during engine jobs.
