safarigirl: It has come to my realisation that a LOT of people just watch Big Brother Africa for the fun of it. They don't realise what the show is really about....rather they think it's some pissing contest.
I've been an avid watcher of the show from season 1, never missed a season and so I can say that contrary to what some of these beginners think, Big Brother is a REALITY show. It's not like The Bachelor where people come for love, it's not X factor where people do disgusting stuff for money.
Big Brother Africa is a reality show that puts 28 people inside a house, people with different characters, from different backgrounds with different stories in life and asks them to live together.
Now, I don't know if some of you have ever lives in a hostel with just 3 room mates, but trust me that's a good example and not everyone will get along in that room.
It is therefore puzzling why people come here to run down Tayo as if people like him do not exist in this world. Have you not come across short-tempered people before? Is that not REALITY? I'm short-tempered, I lash out at people, i'm arrogant, don't I exist? If I went into the house should u change to please Africa thereby defeating the purpose of REALITY?
Some people want Tayo to be like Melvin, they forget they grew up differently. Melvin doesn't know what LIFE is, he doesn't understand suffering, he has no stories of pain or abuse, he's a proper ajebo boy. Tayo on the other hand is a ghetto child, been hustling since he could walk. He was a child hawker.
Some privileged people myvnot understand the travails of a child hawker, but these people get bullied everyday, they are attacked by bigger andd older people so early on in life they learn to attack when attacked. It comes as second nature to them, they just can't help it.
So how do you all expect Tayo to be a nice, sweet, caring boy? Yes, he speaks bluntly because he grew up with people not mincing words, nobody get time to open teeth with you on the streets, should he then be different from who he naturally is? Is that. What you want to watch? A FAKE person that defeats the idea behind the show?
I know some people will never understand Tayo, they will never like him, and really that's their choice. But don't you judge him for who he is, behind all his phucked-upness is a good guy who loves as hard as he hates.
A respectable young man who has enough respect and consideration for his 9 month old girlfriend at home to not phucck with any female in the house despite the many options in ground. That's a loyal guy, that's a faithful guy. That's a good friend, a great friend who will tell you to your face that you phuckd up if you did, not one who will hide the truth from you and go tell someone else.
Anyone attacking Tayo should search within, there's a little of Tayo in each of us, or maybe some of you are so fake that you like seeing fake people.
In small pepper's words "Better for people to hate you for who you are than love you for who you're not"

I nor wan reply you but u dey tempt me. 1) Prove what? I've given u proof already but u nor wan accept am.. Abi u wan make i prove that Sabina will one day be evicted? Ahn ahn, nominations jus happened a few hours ago na..
2) I said the fact naija has won it 3 times has built up their influence and u cannot compare the stats of Mozambique to that of Nigeria
3) Last i checked, Dillish stuck to Melvin right from the very beginning... how at that time, she don already know say Melvin dey strong...na story for the gods.. Its fucckking obvious its because he was Nigerian.
4) How do i define influence? Well, I go by the google definition of it and that is the capacity to have an effect on the character, development, or behavior of someone or something, or the effect itself.
Torh, make we rest. Still didn't say anything... but make we rest |

safarigirl: he behaves the way he does cuz he had a Bleep'ed up childhood and he's lashing out at people cuz he thinks they are trying to undermine him and that's his survival instinct kicking in
The only way he knows how to deal with stuff is by attacking...have you EVER in your life sold pure water on the streets of Ibadan? Do you know what's it like to be a child hawker in Nigeria?
If you don't, just shut the hell up and stop judging a dude that's been through more shit in this life than you will ever see in your entire existence. Damn safarigirl.... ur arrogance is second to none, even when you are making baseless arguments... I used to think njokusboy was worse... 3 Likes |

This is a response to all the posts u quoted:
Smello why u wan carry this matter for ur head na.. If this is an alternate moniker, I sure say na my bros njokusboy dey behind am cuz I never see another person wey fit argue till thy kingdom come. Omo, oro yi ti sun mi diafore, if u don’t get my point after this, then I’m sorry for you…keep being ridiculous. No be for this topic I go engage you cuz I no say sometimes, u fit argue aptly; your points dey make sense but unfortunately its jus not working for you today… Yet again with your consistent ranting, you have failed to get the point we are trying to make. No one is talking about naija being more than one vote neither is anyone doubting the reputability of the Nigerians that won, as a matter of fact, their winning has massively added to naija’s influence in this game. Last year, Dillish came to the house with the mindset that if she cozy’s up to naija and her reps, she will go far and indeed it worked for her. You can’t come here to start saying that we are overhyping naija and the country itself is not influential in the game when the latest winner is a living testament.. I mean, fuccking comeon.. if naija didn’t have any influence, you think she’d have wasted her time with such game plan? BBA is like a game of chess and overtime our influence has grown believe it or not.. You can’t compare us to the likes of Moz and Bots; I mean, those are pawns to me (no offence) and whether their countrymate wins this bba, they will still remain pawns to me. Ahn ahn bros, it might come out as being arrogant but honestly I’m not tryna sound arrogant at all when I say this but u think say na beans to win 3 times, not to talk of 3 consecutive times? Btw I never mentioned SA in my stats cuz I also believe they hold a level of influence in this game and pls abeg take it easy with this your yarns.... no go diminish person chances on top say u wan argue…we all know that rigging no dey work so I nor no wetin ur point be. That’s a baseless statement; all our reps won fair and square.
The fact say i use that laughing emoji nor mean anything oh lol.. I'm serious folks, our reps won fair and square...that rigging shiit is a complete farce U don't have a point.... The argument started when you said naija could muddle up sabinas chances becos she nominated both our reps... Prove am, you no fit... Now you say naija don win am 3 times, is it because of influence, hell no, except the influence you mean is rigging, otherwise they won it by their ability... Dillish only stuck to Melvin because she thought melvin was good to win this thing, it's little wonder she ported to team Elikem as soon as she discovered say melvin na wash.. How do you even define influence, we would never win this in a 100 yrs if we don't have good reps... influence oshi. Naija cannot do nothing to sabina.. Naija don't wield any influence except they have an uncanny ability to convert a country vote to 5 which is what Dillish won with... Guys make una rest joor... 4 Likes |
