I just spoke with IRCC agent & she confirmed I can travel with expired COPR/PRV. Apparently, that was why they didn’t reach out to me to re-apply for new travel documents because I reside in the USA.

However, she said even though I’m vaccinated, I should still come with a quarantine plan.

What can I do pending that? I have reached out to them via webform and no response yet.
