The re-verification exercise for the MTNF science & Technology award for 2014/2015 session is in progress.

As a precondition for receiving this year’s scholarship award, your current academic information and 2014/2015 academic session Result Statement are required.

If you are registered on Scholastica, kindly follow the instructions below:

1.      Log on to your Scholastica account
2.      Click on My account > My profile > Undergraduate Level
3.      Scroll down to Current details and fill in your correct and current educational details for 2014/2015 Academic Session
4.      Click “Update” to save.
5.      Afterwards, click on “Documents” from the menu
6.      Select “Transcript or Signed Statement of Result” from the dropdown list
7.      Upload your 2014/2015 academic session result
8.      Re-confirm that all other information on your profile is accurate, if not send an email to the administrator.
9.      Ensure you provide your H.O.D or Dean details as your academic referee
10.     Log out of your scholastica account

If you are not registered on Scholastica, kindly follow the steps below to register:

A.      Before you start this application, ensure you have clear scanned copies of the following documents to be uploaded in the documents section:

i.      Passport photograph with white background not more than 3 months old (450px by 450px not more than 200kb)
ii.     School ID card
iii.    Admission letter
iv.     JAMB Result
v.      2014/2015 academic session result statement of result

B.      Go to www.scholastica.ng  to create an account as follows.

1.      Click on "Register" to create an account. (Make sure you use your MTNF Email to register .i.e the email address via which you received this information)
2.      Proceed to your email box to activate your account
3.      Return to the www.scholastica.ng  to continue your application
4.      Enter your registered email and password to upload your information.
5.      Enter your personal information, National Identification Number (if available), Educational information, Academic Referee (Your HOD or Dean), other information and upload required scanned documents accurately.
6.      Ensure the name used in applications matches the names on all documentation in same order. Upload a sworn affidavit or certificate if otherwise.
7.      Ensure you review all information filled and documents uploaded, to eliminate errors.
8.      When asked to upload photo, upload a passport photograph with the dimensions described above.
9.      Recheck application information to avoid errors

C.      Afterwards, Proceed towww.scholastica.ng/Schemes/mtnf

1.      Click "Apply Now" to submit your information.
2.      You will receive an email that confirms your application was successful.
3.      Return to the Homepage, enter your Email and Password to download your profile and proceed to have your HOD/Dean sign on the document.
4.      Scroll up the page, click on My Account on the black tab, Select “Overview”
5.      Under the Undergraduate Verification Status, click download profile
6.      Print the form, append your signature and take to your HOD/Dean for signing
7.      Return to this page to upload a copy of the clear signed form
8.      Upload a scanned copy of the signed form; this would be used for verification.

Note:  All registered Scholastica awardees should please ignore this.
