I want to thank God for using this group especially Dduchess90 et al to advise and direct me on how to go about the process of preparing for this event. You don’t need to explain that

Your wife can apply as a spouse dependant

You just need to provide enough evidence to show your marriage is substantial

If the ECO requests for your statement and with specific dates it will be from dates when you did your application till date.

Pls I will like to know the documents required to submit in my case, since I didn't indicate I had a dependant, do I need to write a letter to the eco explaining that it was the agents error?
Also I want my wife to use my account for Pof, do I need to write a concent letter as well for that? I have our wedding cert and other pictorial evidences also medical results and statements for both of us. Pls just give me a list of docs and breakdown of this gs I need to do in my case. Yes the ECO may ask for evidence of yours to confirm funds are not recycled and they may request certain dates

Ensure that you include invoices for tuition, rent or other bills paid in the UK in addition to the balance of your account

Good morning all.
@duchess90, I want my wife to apply separately after I arrive UK this September, I will like to know if she can use her own account for her Pof since she didn't do change of name? Or if she needs to use my own account for the Pof. If she needs to use mine, do that mean I have to have the equivalent of mine and hers in my account? And if she uses here's are they going to ask for mine again to be sure it's not a recirculation of funds. Thanks
