BUHARI APPROVES PAYMENT OF PENSION TO BIAFRAN EX-SERVICE MEN; ANOTHER LIE.

During the Biafran war, thousands of Igbos serving in the Nigerian armed forces switched over to fight on the side of their Biafran brethren. The then head of state, Yakubu Gowon announced their sack. The war was later won and lost.

When President Obasanjo came on board, he approved the conversion of the sack of Biafran ex-service men to retirement, making them eligible for pension and other benefits. That decision was officially gazzeted.

During the immediate past govt, the Otueke born Zoologist, President Jonathan, continued the payment of their pension in batches. In fact, Jonathan, it was, who made sure the ex-Biafran police and military men were treated as though they served 35 years on Nigerian side before retiring.

The report that President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the payment of pension to Biafran ex-service men is nothing but one of those demonic propaganda for which the Buhari govt has come to be identified with.

What happened few days ago was that the office of the Pension Board known as PTAD stumbled upon 167 names, (just 167) of the Biafran ex-service men who were cleared since 2014 but yet to be paid.

Just 167!

Buhari #ChildrenOfChange simply hijacked the story and went to the village CNN square with the very misleading impression that Buhari has approved the payment of pension to Biafran ex-service men.

What is Buhari's business with the routine duty of the Pension Board?

Why should any right thinking Igbo man or woman expect Ndigbo to roll out the drum for Buhari simply because the Pension Board stumbled upon the names of 167 Biafrans who were biometically cleared to receive pension years ago especially after what this same Buhari did to Igbo youths in Abia state few weeks ago with his supporter of APC army??

Have we suddenly lost our dignity as Ndigbo?

Why should we praise an ethno-religious bigot who was busy directing World Bank to his Northern region at the exact time he was directing his murderous army to our own region to kill, maim and drown us

For three days now, three whole days, a grave moral tragedy has been taking place in Miango town located in Bassa local govt area of Plateau state

The govt-protected Fulani terrorists have been killing defenceless men, women and children in Miango town for three days now with nothing but criminal silence from Asorock. And why not? The marauding herdsmen are Mr President's kinsmen who can kill and maim with both impunity and immunity.

Soldiers from 3rd Armoured Division, one of the largest military barracks, located IN THE SAME LOCAL GOVT, went to the community but not to protect the victims or arrest the killer herdsmen. Not at all. They went there and dispossessed the victims of the hunting guns and matchets they've been using for self defence. And this same soldiers still REFUSED to protect them.

But,

This is not the moral tragedy I speak of because the truth which we all know but which we are unwilling to admit is that Nigerian Soldiers and the herdsmen are like co-joined twins. The army even have a special Anti-Cattle Rustling unit to protect cattle from thieves. In Southern Kaduna, soldiers were enforcing a curfew on the 24th night and early morning of 25th, 2016, when Herdsmen attacked people of Jema'a local govt IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CURFEW. Please, ask people from there.

Reacting to the unending Miango attack, the Plateau state police commissioner, Undie Adie, made what I consider the most idiotic statement to ever secede from the buccal cavity of a security expert anywhere in the world.

Hear him:

"There was a curfew but unfortunately, the attackers didn't adhere to it"

Please search Channels T.V. last night analysis of the Miango killing. But this is still not the moral tragedy I am on about. The heads of the entire security agencies in Nigeria are more committed to protecting the killer herdsmen. Is this even debatable?

And certainly, the moral tragedy I speak of is not that a President we are paying to protect our lives and properties is playing deaf, dumb and blind to the ethnic cleansing in Miango. Mr Buhari is an unrepentant fulani supremacist. Expecting him to condemn the murderous activities of his brethren is as funny as expecting the mother hawk to condemn her young ones for feeding on chicks.

The moral tragedy I speak of is the criminal silence from all of us with regards to the systematic genocide taking place in Plateau state.

When we come to the stage where we codedly justify evil or play indifferent to same, then we are doomed as a people.

To the President and C-In-C, SHAME on you for playing the spectator while your kinsmen are gifting innocent women and children with death in Miango.

ARMY FREE MEDICARE, BEYOND THE IDLE GOSSIP.



Those who deploy soldiers to civilian spaces except in war time or rare cases where civil authorities are over-stretched, are nothing short of murderers because soldiers basically understand just two clauses:

Cease Fire.

Anyone sending soldiers to administer any form of vaccines or whatever medical aide to school kids without sensitizing the parents of the kids and authorities in the area, have ulterior motives. Such a person should be feared. He couldn't have meant well.

In sane clime, touching school kids, asking them any question or making them participate in any activity not related to their academic well-being WITHOUT the consent of the parents or caregiver even with the consent of the school, will attract a court case or even a bullet in the head in areas where guns can be easily acquired.

This is why an adult Nigerian with a University exposure will proudly blame people for suspecting the worst of an army which embarks on free medical jamboree for the same people it visited with a festival of death just few weeks before with no enlightenment, no explanations, no nothing!

If there is going to be any medical exercise against any disease in the southeast, it MUST be fully publicized and adequate sensitization programme carried out by RELEVANT agencies, not an army that has proven it has insatiable taste for Igbo blood. For now, it has not been announced anywhere that there is a vaccine against monkeypox. So, the army should take their free medical service to the IDPs in the NorthEast. They can even dash some of their equipment like syringes, cotton will etc to Asorock clinic where those things are more needed.

Just so we are clear,

Ndigbo have no issues with taking free medical service. They have issues with the body (Nigerian army) giving the service, the clandestine manner it was being handled and most importantly, the timing.

Firms are being compelled by the same NNPC to contribute 100million monthly to develop the North.

There is NorthEast Development Commission fully funded with oil money from the South.

There is a special percent of VAT kept specially for the North even as alcohol which is a major source of VAT is banned in the Sharia North.

Rail-lines connecting the North to even Niger Republic are ongoing.

As I write this, president Buhari has signed the 3,050MW Mambilla Hydro project in a strategic move to empower the North. In addition, the govt just re-acquired the Ajeokuta steel plant to supply steel to the Mambilla Hydro project. The local content participation in the project is almost 1billion United States Dollars.

All going to the North.

You can make your own finding to confirm all these.

Don't forget how much billions of dollars that have been borrowed specifically to develop the North due to the boko haram activities.

How much was borrowed to develop Ala-Igbo after the Biafran war even when 3Rs was declared?

Telling us the benefit of restructuring is like selling coal to Newcastle. Even Ikenga, my two day old son knows the benefit of Restructuring. What he doesn't know, like the rest of us, is how you guys plan on achieving that in the face of Northern resistance.

Go read El-rufai speech few day ago. He's the Chairman of APC committee on restructuring. He made it clear that those saying they want to control their resources are just being selfish and that such a thing will never happen because it will not benefit other Nigerians. He advised them to think of other Nigerians.

I've said it before and it bears repeating now, those expecting any form of RESTRUCTURING through the existing constitutional framework are either ignorant or dishonest or even both. But there is another option: they are fans of the status-quo who are simply using the Restructuring rhetorics to douse the Biafra agitation.

To restructure, you need to change that iniquitious document that calls itself the 1999 constitution. And to do that, you need 2/3 (not a simple majority) of all members of the national Assembly as well as that of the state houses of Assembly in the entire country.

The entire southern federal lawmakers won't give you 2/3 even if you borrow 3 North central states join them. And don't forget, some southern lawmakers actually prefer the status-quo where they are getting billions just for going to the NASS to sleep and snore.

YOU CAN ONLY GET GENUINE RESTRUCTURING THROUGH A RADICAL APPROACH.

Hate Nnamdi Kanu or love him, you cannot deny that he understands Nigeria problem and the best way to solve it better than all these theorists.

Niger Delta boys, you all need to borrow yourselves some sense. Insist that no oil is lifted from your region until you are allowed to control your resources. You have the means to enforce this. You also have the bargaining chip. Stop selling your dignity by collecting crumb in the name of amnesty. You are supposed to be the giver, not the receiver. Look at your environment for crying out loud!

OHANEZE NDIGBO, AFENIFERE and all Southern group, you people need to stop theorizing and get real. So far, you all have been full of rhetorics. Nothing more.

Tell your people the time-bound practical steps with which you plan on achieving RESTRUCTURING in the face of Northern resistance. Do this and do it now. If you can't, then shift one corner and allow the youths do this the youthful way.

I am particularly disappointed that Ohaneze Ndigbo and Igbo elites, from governors to federal lawmakers, all seem to be on a mission to end the Biafran agitation by all means EVEN WITHOUT GIVING THEIR YOUTHS AN ALTERNATIVE. This is quite disheartening. Very disappointing.

I am particularly disappointed that Ohaneze Ndigbo and Igbo elites, from governors to federal lawmakers, all seem to be on a mission to end the Biafran agitation by all means EVEN WITHOUT GIVING THEIR YOUTHS AN ALTERNATIVE. This is quite disheartening. Very disappointing.

Buhari and his gang are not here to develop Nigeria. They are here to implement a northern Muslims agenda. This is a govt of the North, by the North and for the North.

NNAMDI KANU VERSUS NIGERIA; A WIN-WIN FOR THE BIAFRAN STRUGGLE.

Even without meaning to, by words, actions and inactions, president Muhammadu Buhari has greatly aided the Biafran cause much more than a thousand Nnamdi Kanu could ever have done within such a very short space of time.

What is happening with regards to Buhari and the Biafran issue vis-a-vis the arrest and detention of the IPOB leader as well as the continued killing of IPOB members across the country is beginning to seem as though some unseen hand is using the poorly lettered highly vindictive Daura-born quota system ex-soldier called Muhammadu Buhari to speed up the Biafran agitation even without the knowledge of Buhari himself.

So far, if anything has proven that this govt is common-sensically bankrupt in a way that defies reason, it is the way it has handled the Biafran issue.

After years of running his Radio Biafran activities from abroad and exposing the many grave injustices of the Nigerian state, the Abia state born Prince Kanu publicly announced he was coming to Nigeria and even gave date of his arrival. If this govt and her not-so-intelligent Intelligence Outfit, the DSS weren't holidaying in Mars the day this thing called 'common sense' was created, they would have known that Maazi kanu actually wanted them to arrest him in order to help bring international recognition to his struggle. But like I implied, common-sense is the rarest commodity when it comes to this Shiites and IPOB-killing govt.

The DSS didn't just arrest kanu, they behaved like the quota system security agency that they are by keeping kanu with them for so long without taking him to court. When they finally took him to a magistrate court, they charged him with belonging to a secret and illegal organisation even when IPOB was duly registered with the CAC. When the Magistrate court granted bail to Kanu, instead of allowing him enjoy his bail, the DSS defied the court ruling and took Kanu before another Magistrate court where they charged him with sponsoring terrorism even when they ought to have known that the magistrate court had no jurisdiction to entertain such a matter. When the magistrate court expectedly threw out the case for lack of jurisdiction, thesame DSS while still in violation of the first judgement of the magistrate court to release kanu on bail, still took the IPOB leader to a Lagos high court presided over by Justice Adeniyi Ademola. On Dec. 17th, 2015, Justice Ademola ordered the DSS to release Nnamdi kanu "unconditionally" since he had previously been granted bail by another court. Again, this court order was defied by the Lawal Daura headed DSS. To further prove that this country is a Jungle, not a zoo, president Buhari came on national Television to swear that he would never release Kanu.

It is settled in law that even if a Judge delivers a ruling while visibly high on alcohol or drug, that ruling must either be obeyed or appealed at a higher court. Sadly, this simple legal fact was lost on the DSS.

Nnamdi Kanu called Nigeria a zoo. He later came to thesame Nigeria and defeated her govt right there in her own court and even forced the president to treat the judgement of his own court with disdain. Now, do pray tell, between President Buhari and Nnamdi Kanu, who actually proved that Nigeria is far worse than a Zoo??

Quite frankly, if I was a man of means, I'd sue anyone who dares to insult the beautiful animal place called Zoo by mentioning it in thesame sentence as Nigeria with a view to comparing the two. This country is not even a Jungle because in a Jungle, the head of the jungle does not use the instrumentalities of the Jungle to aide one specie of animal in killing off another specie as Buhari is doing with the murderous fulani monsters.

Kanu's arrest gifted the Biafran agitation with global attention. The continued breaking of Nigerian law and flouting of court judgements by the Buhari govt in a desperate bid to keep the IPOB leader in detention has only won more sympathisers to the Biafran cause.

Whether we believe it or not, Nnamdi Kanu is now the most influential Igbo man alive! The IPOB leader is more like a god among millions of Igbo youth today. For him, millions of people staged protest in different countries calling for his release. For him thousands of Igbo youths marched on the streets of Nigeria demanding his release. Even when the uninformed thugs masquerading as the Nigerian army used live bullets on the Youths and killed many of them, they still continued their protest. Even when a joint team of the police and army massacred hundreds of them while praying inside Ngwa high school, Aba on Feb.9, they yet continued.

No Igbo man nor any other Nigerian alive today can draw up to a thousand youths to the street without paying them! But Kanu did this and much more.

Today, Nnamdi Kanu is a hero And Biafra is now on the lips of millions of people both here in Nigeria and beyond. Even some foreign media houses that never talked about Biafra are now discussing Biafra. All thanks to Buhari and his criminally inept DSS.

Now, the court has finally councilled secret trial for the IPOB leader.

I don't need to look into my crystal ball to know that however this Kanu's court case ends, It is a win-win for him and the Biafra struggle. If the govt keep holding him, the Biafra agitation will keep rising like the wild fire. If the govt releases him, he will walk triumphantly to a thunderous and an earthquakic welcome from his followers who are swelling in their numbers and continue his agitation with more 'street credibility'. Even in the unlikely event that he is killed in detention, it will still gift the Biafra struggle with more sympathizers and paint the Buhari govt as more devilish than the devil and even give his followers the moral right to resort to violence which it would seem is the only language Nigeria understands. And most importantly, this govt has already created a million and one Nnamdi Kanus out there.

Indeed, it is such a crying shame that president Buhari allowed his quest for vendetta against a people who have done him no wrong to cloud his sense of judgement. Even Jack my two-day old puppy knows that it is foolish to try to use force to silence a people who only ask to be treated like every other people or be allowed to go.

Biafra is an ideology. And this ideology is getting its nutrients from the injustices of the Nigerian state. If you want Biafra to die a natural death, don't bother fighting Nnamdi Kanu. Fight those devilish policies of the Nigerian state, Stop the clandestine war which Nigeria is still carrying out against the Igbos, Give justice to millions of Igbo children and civilians starved to death by the Nigerian state during the Biafran war. Targeting civilians during conflict and starving them of food and medicine as Nigeria did to Biafra, then, is nothing short of war crime. We remember!

This govt has boxed itself into a corner. Whatever happens, it is a win-win for Nnamdi kanu and Biafra!

The greatest tragedy that will befall a man is for him to start believing his own lies!

Regardless of our political affiliations, we just need to admit that this Buhari-led APC government has proven to be hopelessly clueless and completely bereft of ideas on how to go about confronting the numerous challenging facing this country.

All the impossible promises the APC/Buhari made during the campaign are nothing but a desperate ploy by a bunch of highly vindictive power hungry desperados hellbent on acquiring political power at all cost. They never planned on redeeming any of those promises. Even Buhari's promise of declaring his assets publicly is yet to be fulfilled.

Even the so called anti-graft war is fast turning into a mirage with the EFCC recovering fund and convicting alleged looters only on the pages of newspaper. So far, we've seen no sign of the EFCC securing any conviction in court.

The 2016 Budget that the govt should have used to proof its critics wrong has equally proven to be the biggest organised fraud in our budget history with ministers denying the same budget they were supposed to be defending and the President ordering a probe into a document he personally signed and submitted to the NASS.

The economy is long dead and the govt hasn't shown that it has the slightest idea on how to 'resurrect' it. The finance minister seem completely lost. The CBN boss and Mr President are yet to decide on whether or not to devalue the naira even when the naira has since been devalued. The President thinks that appointing more and more media aides is of more urgent importance than appointing seasoned economists to help profer solution to our economic woes.

No matter how we try to sugarcoat this, the truth remains that this is not exactly the kind of country Nigerians had in mind while casting their votes last year. This is certainly not the #change we bargained for!! We have been scammed!!
