This was all what we want rohr to do play 3 5 2, naija all the way. And am happy that set piece issue is settled, we know who takes them, if that balogun header was down a bit we wld av made it 3.

We still need Iwobi in the AM not mikel, its good mikel played deeper, allowing nacho to play as both striker n AM, hope this will work on our next game sha.

Ighalo should always start from the bench, iheanacho was decent tonight, if not for mosses stubborness he would av gotten a goal. male una help me tell mosses to pass to the best person to score abeg.

3 5 2 our best formation, ebuehi did better than idowu today, mosses with the waste, musa was absolutely fantastic.

this 3 5 2 can work with any striker upfront so far Iheanacho and anyother can fit in very well.

I confirmed rohr was a fool when he removed Iwobi for Musa, for fvcks sake musa !!, then when he latter removed mikel for simi, na then I know say africa juju don catch rohr.

what he shld av don is move Iwobi to center then sub mikel if necessary, the man confuse i swear.

We had plenty movement but Mikel held on to the ball and played sideways or backwards. I don't think he made a key forward pass the entire match

Please i didnt see any backward balls mikel passed, it was etebo that often goes back may be u mistook him for mikel, the problem mikel made was constantly locating mosses who constantly goes to the ground, infact mikel worked his ass off yesterday dude don old naa, rohr should have played him at the DM.

if Iwobi dont start at AM or even false nine with nacho, then we are doomed, anything but from wing just play ahead of mikel in midfield.

What stopped rohr from playing same tactics we used when we played argentina naa ??, its either he is a blind fool or Oliseh was right there is truely witches in NFF, for christ sake play iwobi nacho upfront then mikel from d center moses can even play RWB afterall thats what he played yesterday.

If not for mosses perisic for roast shehu for ramadan. Mosses can play there to accomodate him in that formation, I repeat I dont want to see Ighalo strike at all, dude is so clueless and hugs defenders a lot.

I believe rohr knows that if he lose against Iceland his departure is guaranteed.

I believe after

I have told you people the same thing over and over again but you guys have continued with your false doctrine.

Iheanancho was good in the game against South Africa but the midfield failed in taking advantage of his runs. Yet you people want to blame Iheanacho for the midfield not finding him.

Now Ighalo offered little movement upfront and now you people want to blame Mikel for our conservative style.

Playing Mikel deeper means you guys want Iwobi or Iheanacho in attack midfield to support Ighalo because he is not capable of causing defenders problem.

It might work but it kills our three man midfield combos who can contribute defensively and keep us compact in the Middle. To take advantage of this, we need movement upfront. This was our problem, not Mikel.

When Iheanacho entered, with Mikel in the side, we were deadlier. It is so easy to see. Look at the window when Iheanacho attacked and tell me we would not have cause the Croatians more problems.

I totally support you sir, and I dont know why the coach doesnt see it, the truth is Ighalo has more supporters than Iheanacho thats why no one sees his flaws.

Ighalo position skill is so poor, not good in air
poor decision making, give him ten chance he wont score one, infact you wont even find he to give a chance sef.
He is always with a defender and doesnt lose his marker, slow to react and we call that one a striker, we are deceiving ourself, it will take a miracle for him to score most of his shots are week. Abeg i don tire to see am for pitch, person wey get 5 goals since he started playing for us.
The only lethal striker is iheanacho unfortunately the coach no like am just same way he prefers shehu to ebuehi.
I dont have anyhope in rohr at all.

Ighalo not good enough.

Then come put Iheanacho d only attacking threat for bench chai !!!!

our attackers dont even know how to beat offside trap for once, expecially the beloved Ighalo, rohr so much love that guy, av never seen a striker as barren as d desert yet he still start. That man is playing with his job, his is definitly gonna be sacked if we dont make it pass group stage.

Ighalo should not start, mosses also in a 3-5-2, they are both useless in that formation.

The coach should not play ogu in CB, he doesnt have the speed ooo, a good winger will make a meal of him, he was there because of his natural left foot, idowu honestly didnt do much but was at least better than echiejile, ogu should shield the defence in DM allowing ndidi t roam in CM and mikel AM.

onazi must go, along with joel their time is up, if they make to world cup, they will be highly exposed.

Now that second goal was actually save able, tall keepers find it hard to save a low shot. considering the pace of the shot it was fast. but Uzoho didnt get to ground quick enough to keep the ball, he should take part of the blame, work more on ground shots cos he will be seeing more of it in the worldcup.

Dont know why musa didnt pass to iheanacho but rather went for idowu at the far end, the coach should decide our starting formation.
Sports / Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2023, 2025 And 2026 World Cup by sontoly: 7:49pm On Jun 02, 2018
I repeat Onazi and em brother joel should be dropped they offered nothing , and rohr shouldnt try playing ogu in the left side of three man defence again, it worked today doesnt mean it will work tomorrow, ogu is not a defender he is not that fast.

Ogu , ndidi and mikel is the perfect midfield combo, if rohr dont see this am sorry he is fool then. Iwobi is better in midfield than wings. when playing 3-5-2 iheanacho n iwobi shld play together just like against argies.

But when playing 4-3-3 vic mosses- simy/igalo - musa should play preferable simy so he can connect with the crosses cos ighalo was useless with the crosses sent to him today, though most were wayward.

onazi n joel shld go abeg.

I see some of us arguing unnecessary, in few years time we will see that most of those we actually fought for might be another uchebos, reuben, nwofor, Igboun and so many flash n a pan, then we will start looking for excuses to give for our stupidity.

Hope we know that world cup is not the end of someone carrier, lets give these players we defended 2 yrs from now and see who is better.

Thats my own piece.

If am rohr mosses will be starting from bench cos he will break the team spirit, it was obvious that the game against Poland he was playing a one man game, we should all say the truth here.

Nnaa, stop defending that akpuda! Victor Moses is not a world class player and his shortcomings should not be tolerated. Is it because Onyekuru is injured ? Onyekuru and Simon can play everything VicMo has to play and still be as wasteful as him.

The way some people treat this guy like messi, i wonder oo. Mosses is an average player like anyone else in that team.

You’re entitled to enjoy whatever you enjoy.

However, football is not just about tricks and flicks. It’s also a game of purpose, and okocha’s game was purposeless...which was reflected in the way his career turned out in the end

I dont know if am the only person that is line with your thought, you just nailed it.

He played what the crowd wanted to see he fed them with their desires. But to be honest it was unnecessary (i dont want to be too harsh cos purposeless is extreme) because it didnt get him a big club didnt win much trophy and in no way helped his carrier grow.

Ndidi injured, too bad but part of the game, more players still to get injured except u r not playing. Thats the workplace hazard, and its part of the game.
