Good day house. Please I need urgent help. For those that claimed sibling in Canada point, which documents did you submit for family member proof of status? In my document checklist , they asked for : Sibling PR card/ citizenship certificate Sibling proof of residenc in Canada Proof of sibling relasionship Family member proof of status Am particularly confused on this last one, are they still asking for the PR card, can IRCC request same document twice |

Difemi:I applied as legally Seperated and got ITA, in the document check list they didn't ask for ex spouse PCC or medicals neither did they ask for any documents to prove legal separation. However, from other forums I gathered I one has to have the following documents ready else they will still get ADR asking for it. (Affidavit of seperation, the pending divorce petition bid you have filed in court, seperation agreement signed by your spouse if you can get him to do that, ) In your case you need a document to prove you have sole custody of the child and that you can travel with him/her. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Goodmorning all, i have a question. Trying to complete EE profile post ITA, Is it allowed for someone to have an open visitor visa application for another country and not inform IRCC as there is no direct question bout that? The question says is the applicant have been previously REFUSED visa to bother country of wch I answered NO. For the said visitor visa application I have not done biometrics before the stopped cos of the pandemic.but did medicals. |

WestAfrican: Thanks alot He has 2 years of study, he had already completed a 2 year program and then applyed for a differend program and was granted visa recently, so he still has up to the ending of 2021 to stay.He has not voilated any other visa conditon or school stuff except the permitted hours of work. If i can get contributions for people that were recently granted dependant visa or people that are currently on it , i will be happy. We dont have $$$ to spend on my tuition for masters ( thats the only level i can apply for as i have more than a BSC already) its just that we wast the fatest solution to staying apart. |

Goodevening all. Am new here but have goon through the thread.I have some some question and hope to get as many contributions as possible because am confused right now. My husband is currently studying in Aussie (TAFE), am listed as a subsequent entrant in his Visa, now am scared of applying as a dependant as i heard it now takes a lot of time to be granted .Am tinking of applying for masters from nigeria here. Is this a wise thing to do considering the fact that i have tie sin Australia (my husband)?. Does the dependant visa really take that long? What is the average time for dependant visa? |
