Politics / Re: Gov. Amaechi Must Be A Joker by spartanprince: 10:55am On Oct 06, 2014
hardywaltz:

If the President doesn't want to locate any project in Rivers State that is his cup of tea but why remove already approved projects from Rivers State to Bayelsa.
Feasibility report showed that it was more economically viable to build the LNG train 7 in Bonny than in Brass but GEJ insisted that it must be built in Brass that it has always been his dream since his days as a Deputy Gov. Ooh well the foreign partners have since pulled out leaving the project in limbo.
The Airforce academy which he relocated forcefully u would have tot he will quick finish building but alas in his usual self he has abandoned it using the monies instead for TAN rallies.

But let me even ask u some questions: u said GEJ is the President of Nigeria and not just Rivers or Bayelsa so where exactly are all his projects located in the moon?
GEJ has spent close to N25trillion in appropriation can u name one project (initiated - awarded - 100% completed in either Rivers or Bayelsa).

God bless you dear. Dont mind all those myopic and sentimental people.
Apart from Alfred Diete Spiff, name any past governor/military administrator of Rivers State that did close to what Amaechi has done.
Anyway, as usual in Nigeria, those who say the truth are seen as enemies of the state. GEJ should continue dining with criminals, giving them presidential pardon and national honours, empowering militants and killers, stealing massively from the treasury but one day...

Amaechi is not a saint, but between two devils, i'll choose the lesser devil.
