bayooooooo: The subsidy probe report is dead and buried.
What else do you expect.
Consider this scenario, after preparing a delicious meal and ready to eat, you discpvered that some of the ingredients used have expired or contaminated. Will you go ahead to eat the food. Throw away the Far-crooked report jooor.
But imagine this, what if in the process of dubbing the 'operation sting' video by the police/ss, it got crack or wipe off

Politics / Re: Bakare Urges National Assembly To Impeach Goodluck Jonathan by SPIDER90: 6:38pm On Jan 11, 2012
most foolish part of this whole protest is the assumption that Nigeria is united about it or any other thing. And this assumption is really popular is the south west. But it is very false. [color=#550000][/co

Are you in Nigeria? or you've lost ur sense of reasoning. Is minna, kano, kaduna, benin etc in south west. Pls for once think straight. It is not only south south that voted for gej

Politics / Re: I Don’t Respond To Foolishness, Oritsejafor Replies Buhari by SPIDER90: 7:18pm On May 25, 2011
Problem with some of responders here is that they are not used to Christian leaders airing their view on topical national issues under the guise of tolerance. Should they watch their members being slaughtered as sacrifice for national unity?.
CAN president has committed no crime in condemning incessant killing(of Nigerians) in the north and those responsible for it (the basket mouths)should be arrested. Simple.
Politics / Re: Aregbesola Signs MOU With London Borough. by SPIDER90: 11:12pm On May 08, 2011
Ha ! Ha! Ha! grin I dey laugh o!!!!!!!!!!
Tinubu & Coy has successfully used Fashola as a product to deceived the SW
Pls has there been anything we can all sincerely point out as the achievement(s) of these govs(Ekiti & Osun).
Let us all put sentiment apart, is there any difference btw the achievements of ACN & PDP govs within the same period(i.e. 1st yr in office)
Someone said he created 20,000 jobs and paying 10,000. You may wish to recall, PDP gov did same in 2000 through PAP and paid 7,000 each but discovered it was not sustainable.
He should not be deceived by the praise singers around him about his popularity, it doesn't take time before our people will instruct the lead drummer to change the tune. What we want is action, tangible developmental projects and not this propaganda. angry angry angry
IMO, the difference btw PDP & ACN is the same as the difference btw noon and half day.
Politics / Re: Governor Alao Akala's Press Release After Election by SPIDER90: 10:13pm On Apr 29, 2011
For the record:

- It is only many of u that are not from Oyo state that have been demonising this guy.
- No Ibadan indigene that occupied govt house in oyo state had engaged in massive/evenly developmental projects across the state like Akala.
- No peculiar labour crisis in Oyo state that we didn't have in Lagos (ACN) state( Teachers strike, Higher institutions shut down, Doctor strike(-Los has higher share, etc)
Now that ACN has taken over SW, we pray our hope will not be dashed once again like during the reign of AD, or somebody should remind me the achievement of Adefarati, Lam Adesina, Tinubu et al.
Politics / Re: Lamido Sanusi: 11th On Time 100 Most Influential People List by SPIDER90: 4:41pm On Apr 24, 2011
For anyone in his right sense to believe this crap is unimaginable. It is like saying 3SC or Enyimba is the 11th strongest or wealthiest team in the world, isn't it comical?
Pls help check the meaning of Influential. This TM must be a joker or as others have suggested, they have something up their sleeve that they want from this guy, remember, same TM recently gave him award as Central Bank Gov of the year and he was here in London with the whole of kano emirate council(don't ask me who pick up the bill).
What has been his achievement as CBN gov or former MD that got him on that list? Or were they referring to his influence in Kano state as he has vowed that every family in Kano must have a son and daughter in CBN before the end of his tenure.
Nobody is raising the issue of tribe here but fact, let any of his supporters list his achievement as CBN gov in term of value of naira, strength of the Banks, price stability(interest & exchange rate), credit to real sector etc.
Pls let them stop this joke, we know an hero/heroine (they don't have tribe)when see one, but definitely not this Man.
Politics / Re: Secret Behind Sanusi Lamido's Appointment by SPIDER90: 9:00pm On Apr 23, 2011
All Sanusi fan, pls stop dodging the simple question of what has been the achievement of his so called reform program in term of employment generation, real sector growth, value of naira, growth of SMEs among others.
Or, how do you judge whether a student pass or fail an exam? Is it the number of teachers beaten, number of collegueas caught cheating or his royal background?
Let him leave radicalism to Femi Falana, Gani et al or he should be redeploy to Human Right Commission. Let us face it, he is the worst thing to have happened to banking sector, he is bereft of ideas in moving the economy forward.
Politics / Re: Secret Behind Sanusi Lamido's Appointment by SPIDER90: 3:19pm On Apr 23, 2011
To all the fan of Sanusi, pls answer my simple question, what are the gains of his so called reform? I mean, in term of employment generation, increase in credit to real sector, increase in capacity utilisation by manufacturing sector, increase in no SMEs, value of our legal tender currency. Pls, let us be focus on the issue and stop throwing red herring, in term of ethnicity or religion.
Let us face the fact, economic battles are not fought on the pages of newspapers, it is involve deep thinking, more of brain than brawn. After initial graagraa what has come from him, nothing. It seems that he fear that his tenure will be uneventful that is why he went for the cheap way of wiping up public sentiment in his reform agenda.
An economic agenda without blueprint or masterplan, can you believe that is coming from a risk analyst grin. God will save us from these educated illiterates in corridor of power. Can anyone, including Sanusi himself tell us the economic outlook and his plan in the next 2 years? sorry, as the spirit leads, I dey laugh ooooo
Politics / Re: Secret Behind Sanusi Lamido's Appointment by SPIDER90: 12:43pm On Apr 23, 2011
kokogee:

This is my problem with Nigerians- no wonder is country is stagnant. We concentrate more on analysing some nonsense history that has no bearing with economic development, job creation and overall improvement in the standard of living of the majority. Rather than concentrating more on the achievement of SANUSI,

That is the issue, I have being trying to think of what the economy has gain by the actions of Sanusi but I found none, apart from the awards being collected here and their.
Nothing wrong in collecting awards if it is related to his role as CBN gov, but most of these awards are given because of his so called social crusade like fight with national assembly and has no direct or indirect bearing with the economy or monetary policies.
That this guy has ethnic agenda is not in doubt, for his fan, ask him next time u see him why recruitment in CBN since he assumed duty has been in favour of northern extraction particularly, Kano his state of origin.
I rest my case, but all of us should remember that whatever we do, history and God will judge us all. He judge intentions and not actions.
Politics / Re: Official Results Of Presidential Election: By INEC by SPIDER90: 9:29pm On Apr 17, 2011
People voted for HIM is an individual NOT PDP as a party and I believe he understands this and my believe is that now that he has four full years he will do
everything within his power to make Nigerians happy and not PDP.

Says who? Can he win local gov election on the ticket of an unknown party? Abeg, Nigerian voted for PDP because it is the only party that have structure all over the federation, others are regional party.
And for your information, he will serve the interest of his party members that helped him to power while serving the nation.
Politics / Re: I’m Proud Of Alao-akala - Obj by SPIDER90: 9:29pm On Feb 25, 2011
Thank God we are in democracy and there is freedom of expression. Baba, just like you and me are entitle to our own opinion about Akala and we dont have to agree. I dont see why we have to abuse each others because we dont agree on an issue. Moreover most of you posting comments have never been to Oyo state before or in recent time. You are just being influenced by what you read on internet and newspapers. For your information, Oyo state is not on fire neither are we backward in term of governance, most of the -ve reports about us is just because of political rivalry, besides that, the records of performance of your state governors are not better than that of Akala. Pls mind your own biz and leave us alone.
Politics / Re: How Obasanjo’s Third Term Agenda Affected Nigeria – Daniel ! by SPIDER90: 7:28pm On Feb 18, 2011
Kenyata, that is a lovely quote from SLS, but the problem with us in this country is that, what we say is always contradictory to our actions. Ask the same SLS about recruitment in CBN since his appointment whether he has not favoured his own kinsmen at expense of others. Tell him to walk his talk. Let us face the fact, we all wish our brother well before others.
Politics / Re: Gej's Manifesto by SPIDER90: 8:49pm On Feb 06, 2011
Pls let us grow above ethnic sentiment, there is nothing in this document that shows that the president have a clear sense of direction for the country/economy. To be frank, it tells a lot about the quality of his economic team. There is nothing bad if he could borrow some of the brains in Atiku's camp, which happened to have better minds/progams, all is for the good of the country since it looks as if we are stuck with PDP for the next 4 years.
Politics / Re: Public Debate: I’ve No Time For Soludo – Aganga by SPIDER90: 10:48pm On Feb 01, 2011
Moral of the story!
Prof. Soludo, thank you, we all can see now that foreign certificate is not superior to the one obtained at home.
Moreover one of the reasons that some send their wards abroad is inability to meet JAMB cut-off.
Politics / Re: North Has No Link With Terrorists - Arewa by SPIDER90: 11:00pm On Jan 08, 2011
As much as I dont want to dabble into ethnoreligious issues on nairaland, I will like to correct wrong impression that some of us have that dividing the country btw north and south (remember Ghadafi?) will bring peace and stability to the divided Nigeria.
Whether we believe it or not, problem in oyo state is not only based on the non performance of Akala but where he came from. Some of the so called Ibadan elite said that no non-ibadan indigene has the right to break the jinx of no second term for Oyo state governors. Also, I listened to an activist on TV today calling on all Urhobo aspirants(Ogboru and Oma agege) to come together and fight against uduaghan in April guber election(can u believe that is coming from Social activist).
So, the bottomline, be an ambassador of peace and unity in this nation, we need each other, there is more of what binds us together than that which divides us. If we divide, the players only change but the intra war still continues. Gbam!!!!!!!!!!
