Family / Re: I Found Mycoten Vagina Cream In My Wife's Wardrobe by Stanley126: 1:41pm On Jan 30, 2020
uncastableodd:
Good morning everyone.

In the middle of the night today, I tried to look for duvet to cover up my son on bed. I decided to check my wife wardrobe.

I saw a pack of mycoten in the wardrobe. She already slept this time. So I had to chill till this morning to ask her questions.

So, this morning when I asked her, she said it was her mum that gave her bla bla bla..
I saw a piece of paper prescribing that cream for her in that same bag I found the cream.

I googled the uses of mycoten and I found out it was nothing serious because it is use for yeast infection and vagina odour. My wife dont have vagina odour and I understand yeast infection can be gotten from toilet or could be infection of body skin that spread or so.

I actually know she lied about her mummy giving her. But what baffles me is that I got a whatsapp message from her when she was coming from my son school..

She wrote that I nag a lot. That I should give her space. That u think she can't cope without me. She said she will look for work to take care of our son.She said we have been together for six years and I don't even trust her a bit. She said I think she can't leave without her. She didn't even address the issue of allegation of infidelity I threw against her(i deliberately did that #.I replied her I can't give her space in my own house and if she is fed up, she can pack her bags and go to her parent house. I told her if my son is infected or if I am infected , I am going to kill her and hand over myself to police. Immediately she blocked me on whatsapp and I did same. After an hour, she unblocked me.

Could she have been sleeping around her? Or are there any other uses of mycoten I don't know?

In my mind though, the cream I find is not really something to worry about but the message I got and her reaction is what I don't understand.

Perhaps she had a yeast infection gotten from the toilet as you said , maybe you wanted an assurance that it was not cheating that yielded to the infection but got otherwise ,one thing I noticed is that she is a house wife for over 6 years from your story, why frustrate your wife all in the name of house wife?this is perhaps what she has been trying to get herself out from but maybe you refused hence her anger ...

IgbosAreOsus:

Please!

Don't even think about buying any of this popular chinko brand like ;
Infinix
Tecno
Itel
Gionee etc,

It is just complete waste of money as you'll get less value for your money.

Go for quality brands like
Oukitel
Umidigi
Oppo etc that you can buy online (JUMIA, ALIEXPRESS, KONGA ETC)

FORGET the bullsheet that people say that their parts are not available for repairs and replacements. It's total bullsheet.
Most of their parts are also online and some are even available at computer village and Alaba international market.

Also, if you take any of these popular chinko brands to their customersl service for repairs, THEY ALL CHARGE OUTRAGEOUSLY.

For your budget, you could consider
Oukitel c17
The phone is very good and I have bought for 3 people already.

The truth still remain that the spare parts are scarce in the market ,I have been using Tecno spark 2 for over a year now with not even an issue ,it gives me maximum satisfaction and am not thinking of upgrading it anytime soon ,To the question I will advise you get yourself Tecno spark 4 and you will never regret it

Politics / Re: Aisha Buhari Tells Security Chiefs: Act Now Before Bandits Finished Our People by Stanley126: 9:36pm On Jun 01, 2019
kidap:
Wife of Nigeria’s President, Aisha Buhari, has challenged security agencies to quickly end banditry and other insecurity challenges in parts of the country.

Mrs Buhari who made the call on Saturday in Katsina while distributing relief materials to over 25,000 victims of bandits attacks, said it was necessary to degrade the criminals before they end the civil population.

“The security agents should either assist to take action or allow the situation continue until bandits finished killing our people,” she said.

Mrs Buhari said that all well meaning Nigerians should talk on things that were going wrong in the country, so as to elicit necessary action.

“We are not supposed to be here giving rice, milk and others items to victims of an incident during Ramadan period.

“We should not keep silent while things are happening, thinking that if something happens today it will not happen tomorrow,

“What happened today, will happen tomorrow, it will also happen next tomorrow if we keep silent.

“It is compulsory to speak the truth, it is not proper for us to give highest number of votes during the general elections and allow bandits continue killing people and keep quiet.

“We must speak on whatever is going wrong in the country,” she said.

Mrs Buhari said that she and wives of the former governors of Nasarawa, Bayelsa, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom (Sen. Godswill Akpabio), were among those who donated the relief materials to the victims.

Earlier, the District Head of Katsina, Aminu Abdulmumini, thanked the President’s wife for the gesture.

He called on the government to intensify efforts toward addressing the menace.

“These people need assistance, but they want the government to address the situation to enable them continue with their normal life.

“Almost on daily basis, we hear sound of Nigerian Air Force fighter jets, yet, bandits are killing people, we don’t know what is happening,” he said.

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that items distributed by Mrs Buhari included rice, milk, sugar and clothes among others to no fewer than 25,988 Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).

The IDPs were from Batsari, Kurfi, Faskari, Danmusa, Jibia, Safana, Kankara local government areas among others.

SIR0:
I just had a breakup and now I am having some pretty nasty heartache. This lady & I stay on the same campus and we see many times. Though I have been trying to overcome the pain, but my heart still strikes whenever we cross paths or I see her. I have about three months to finish and probably leave for NYSC this year, still, I wonder how to survive seeing her within the limited time left. It gives me sleepless nights. And this is the period I need to be more concentrated on my studies and final year project. She's not likely to come back as she seems to be in love with another guy already. I really need some relief.

Would I be able to forget about her soon after leaving because the love I have for her is too much?

N.B: I never put the blame for leaving me on her. She is not to blame at all.

Please advise a brother.
Thanks in anticipation.

Focus on ur degree exams ...
Focus on not coming back to the school for any spill over....

Politics / Re: Card Readers Transmit Accreditation Data And Not Voting Data - INEC by Stanley126: 6:41am On Mar 21, 2019

PDP are MUMU

Everyone that voted in 2019 will know the election was free and fair. Yes, pocket of violence especially in the SS and SE.....overall, the election was miles ahead of what I have witnessed in 2011 and 2015.
In those years, the likes of Saraki, Akpabio and Ajimobi cannot lose this 2019 elections..... e.g. for Ajimobi, miracle figures would have surfaced from Ibadan SW, his stronghold. The use of card readers really dealt with politicians... even if they will rig, they can't rig more than the numbers of accredited voters, if they do..it is over voting and outright cancellation..No miracle figures anywhere.
The rigging tactics employed in 2019 was for strong politicians to cause mayhem in their opposition strongholds so that elections there can be cancelled....Just like what is happening in Rivers...that is the best they can do.
As for the Presidential election, the North has duped Atiku, he should move on...E actually lose square and wide!

What would you say about places that used manual accreditation in the north? does the card readers know the no of those that are manually accredited?then to the poster I attended INEC training and one question INEC should answer is since they claim that the Card reader only transmits number of accredited voters , then what does the E-collation (uploading of the different parties results after counting using the same card reader) that we did used for? I am beginning to think that Atiku has a point

Rivers AAC Guber Candidate Risks Disqualifications As He Flouts INEC Canpaign Rules

The electoral law of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for political parties campaign timeframe has been disregarded and bridged, as the Rivers AAC Candidate Engr Awara Biokpombo continues his campaign less than 24hours into the election date.

The implications of the bridge of law, according to the Electoral law, explains that any party or candidate who continues any form of campaign 24hours before that election will be disqualified from participating in the elections.

According to a video and pictorial evidence, the Supporters of of thr APC Governorship candidate were spotted in across several locations in Rivers State pasting posters as youths and adults took to the street in a sensitization campaign for him for Guber Candidate who was recently backed by Amaechi's APC.

Pipswick:
Hi Nairaland family,

I'm sorry I had to create this account to keep me anonymous.

I need any help I can get on this issue please. So this morning this lady that works for a man I do business with woke me with a call at 5:37am today and opened up to me that she's fallen in love with me. I barely know her. We've just met at the boss's place thrice and I was on my business mission. We gisted small the last time I was around in January. And she was telling me about how her ex broke her heart and all, I was adroit, empathized and put myself in her shoes and all.

Told her to be more outgoing and more friendly cos she seemed to have shrank into her shell after her break up. After that day the calls increased, checking up on me and normal stuff. I reciprocated cos I felt it was normal for two matured folks.

The problem is that I don't really feel the same. Infact it was the least thing I expected this morning. Well I wouldn't bruise her ego, I respect her for her courage and I told her so. She said her problem was that the person might not feel the same and she was right. If I have to have anything with her it wouldn't lead to anything serious. but deep inside her she needs something serious.

Well during the course of the call just so I don't shatter her already fragile frame, I mumbled to her "well I like you too and I respect you, especially for your courage". I don't want her to misinterpret my comment. Please I can be her friend but we wouldn't kick anything serious, at least not on my side. It wasn't what I could relate over the phone. I stay in one of the the west African countries and she's in Nigeria. How do I tell her my stand without breaking her again when I'm in Nigeria?

Guys help!!! cry I will be in the comments section.

Mods please help me cry

Matured folks abi? You reciprocated the calls abi? you like here abi? Like this like this one thing go lead to another , you seems confused on ur stand Sir, make up ur mind and stick by it regardless of who shoot the shot

INEC payment is 1300+4500 (training fee)=17500
Then for the upcoming Elections on Saturday you will be paid only 13k ,no other official payment unless you got an incentive from the party agents, I blame INEC and Nysc for not making the payment arrangement public early on because the price is not worth taking the risk....

Politics / Re: How Akpabio Was Rigged Out — Oshiomhole by Stanley126: 10:43pm On Feb 28, 2019
JosEast:
The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, has alleged that Senator Godswill Akpabio was rigged out of the senatorial election in Akwa Ibom state.

Akpabio of the APC lost his senatorial seat to Christopher Ekpenyong of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in last Saturday’s National Assembly election.

He also said that Atiku was never destined to be the President of Nigeria

Oshiomhole, who reacted to Atiku’s press conference on the outcome of last Saturday’s presidential election, said his party will challenge the results of some National Assembly elections declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission.

“We have petitions that we have written to INEC – how we were rigged out in Akwa-Ibom State and it is interesting that it is PDP that is complaining about the outcome of election in Akwa-Ibom state.

“How do you explain that INEC cancelled so many units not only in Akwa Ibom state, so many other states in order to be able to declare PDP candidates as winners. That is how Senator Akpabio was rigged out in Akwa Ibom state,” he said.

Oshiomhole, who maintained the earlier stand of the APC that INEC was working for the PDP, said, “whether INEC helped PDP or APC, that is neither here or there.

“I also mentioned that if Atiku decides to go to court, I also reserve the right to file cross petition because there are also areas in my local government for example, 15 units were cancelled due to the carelessness or collaboration or mischief of an Electoral Officer that was deployed to my local government knowing that, that is my stronghold.

Fashion / Re: To Pageant Practitioners, Here Is How To Gain Credibility To Avoid Scandals by Stanley126: 10:08pm On Feb 28, 2019
AlexReports:
MUST-READ: To Pageant Practitioners, Here Is How To Gain Credibility To Avoid Scandals

Organizing a beauty pageant for the first time? How to gain the trust of potential contestants.

A Beauty pageant is a business, and like all businesses, its aim is to add value to people’s lives.
You have an idea, a vision for a pageant, hosting it for the first time, can be quite a challenge as the pageant is not known at all and people are very skeptical about pageants, with so many pageants springing up everywhere and some of them, not keeping to there word, and awarding the prizes promised to winners of the contest.

So how do you gain credibility for your pageant, as a first time pageant director?

1) Be clear when it comes to the prices you want to give. If the price is a car, state the brand, if it is an international trip, state the country, been vague and not clearly stating the prizes be it the type of car, the country for the international trip, the brand the winner will be ambassador of, what consolation prizes will be awarded, shows the potential contestants that there is uncertainty and that the pageant may not be fully equipped to deliver these promises.

2) Look for a trustworthy brand to partner with, this trustworthy brand acts like a guarantor to the pageant.
Choose a brand that the contestants you want to reach are already familiar with like Porsh Concept Modeling Agency and bring them on as partners.
Once the models see that the brand is in partnership with the pageant, they become more at ease and trust the pageant will deliver on its promises.

3) Don’t promise the contestants bogus prizes (except you can deliver) most of the potential contestants, will look at the prizes, and see that the pageant is just starting and will wonder if the pageant can be able to afford all the big prizes, they are calling.

So promise and give affordable prizes, the ones you can provide for, so your pageant is not at risk of running a loss,as the pageant continues to the second, third editions the prizes can increase, because the funds and sponsors coming in are more.
Hosting a pageant for the first time, might not yield so much profit, it might not even yield profit at all, but try not to run at a loss.

NwanyiAwkaetiti:
How many of you lads can actually be patient enough to be with a lady who cannot cook but willing to learn? People are so quick to break relationships these days over little things.
For example when my dad(God bless his soul) met my mom, she didn't even know how to make ordinary pap but he didn't judge her or push her away, instead he taught her everything he knows.
If someone you actually like is lagging in an area, you complement them. Too bad most relationships now are based on selfish interests with very weak bond.

So before you leave that lady because she can't cook, Think twice.

Haunty go and learn how to cook, stop looking for consolations...
