Have efcc returned the money to the american firm or individual. 3yrs for each of the four count charge. the judge said it will run concurrently. Meaning they will spend 3years. I heard prison days are counted 12hourly. so in normal counting it will be 1yr 6months. Am i right? abeg someone help me out. That judge attended tanko grammar schøol.

When money is involved.... Judges in Nigeria will even agree that it was their own fault... And beg the failed parents to forgive.
Family / Re: My 1st Daughter Saw Her 1st Period Today & She’s Been Crying All Day - Doctor by stargirlprod(f): 10:00am On Jul 30, 2017

According to a Nigerian Doctor, Maduka Chinemelum Ogwueleka, his first daughter who saw her 'period' for the first time today has been crying all day, and he's been trying so hard with his wife to console her.

He went further to disclose that his daughter will be 12 years old next month (8th August), and wants to be a professor of mathematics when she grows up.

You will run into problems convincing the consulate that you are really married. If he's marrying you, he should do the needful, come to Nigeria and marry you. Call me old school, but i don't believe a woman should be the one worrying about how a marriage is going to take place.

This sounds more like a scam to me. Why should your uncle be "helping matters"? Is he the one getting married? Thankfully America is getting wiser to these sort of scams. Good luck with your "marriage".

u did open my eyes sir|ma...about been worried- well am not, I just want to informed if there are other ways apart from him coming over. thanks anyways.. I appreciate ur time and concern. thumbs up

This is a bit complicated. To visit him in the U.K., you must shows solid proofs of enduring relationship with him. To settle with him in the US you must marry him. Proving spousal relationship is very hard as the home office will expect you describe in details everything about relationship, etc. I will advise you conclude on the marriage aspect first before thinking of applying either to the US or U.K.

thanks a lot.... I appreciate ur help.
keep on the good work

If he has a resident permit. Then do you wish to apply to visit him or settle with him in the U.K.

I would prefer to settle in the USA but at least a visit to the UK will pacify me.

Is your partner living in the U.K.? Does he has a valid permit to reside in the U.K.? Note American Citizens can only stay in the U.K. For 6 months without visa.

yes he has all his documents. and he resides in the U.S of A but he has a bizness in the U.K
