If the atm u are using is not ur own, I mean if it is not ur account it won't work. I tried registering for someone n it was telling me dat it is fraudulent cos d acct is mine n d name I am registering is different. As for d GTB showing it is d bank they r using. But u can use any atm.same appeared when I registered mine.
