Car Talk / Re: Why Is Registered W202 M/benz C180 - 220 So Scarce by steemlord: 4:23pm On Jan 05, 2019
On the contrary, it's a function of popular choice, which would you easily put up for sell as a owner? Your car with a profitable high secondhand value, or another of yours with terrible secondhand value? The answer is the reason for your stated observation.

A great car yes, but the instant you register it, over 350k is wiped off its asking price. That's why its a owners keep.
Properties / Re: 'This House Is Not For Sale': Are They Really Not For Sale? by steemlord: 11:25am On Sep 17, 2018
IT MEANS NOTHING! whether or not its written on the property, u must still cough out some money, pay the right lawyers and estate professionals to do thorough check and investigation before u initiate any payment on any property. u cant do it on your own. if the sellers are dubious, they can equally take down that painting or warning notice. also note , that this warning sign inst on a building up for sale, doesnt mean there isnt any dubious intention or legal issues underneath. just pay the right professionals and pray to God most especially when buying non-titled or family properties. just my 2kobo

10million is too small. what was the judge thinking? a man is tortured and keep in the dark for 24 dark months by evil men, and a meager 10million is enough to rehabilitate him?

Even though I'm a born again Christian, i think this is shameful considering the fact that Rivers is a predominantly Christian state. We should rather blame the hypocritical Christians fornicating with condoms when the bible clearly warned we Christians to abstain from immorality. This is why i like Muslims no matter the reservations people have for Islam, you will never find a used condom among muslim faithfuls let alone on their streets. Condoms and alchohol remained banned in the north while we Christians are shamelessly sinning against God. We Christians should emulate the good examples of Muslims and stop every form of immorality. sad

oh, i just went through your post and discovered your are not even a christian as claim. one chilled bottle of sniper for you and your cohorts that liked your cheap attack on christianity

listen well oga, the dept of ignorance in your condemnation of christian areas, puts to question your "born again" status. FYI, in the core north(i lived in 3 towns here), they do it raw and discretely, where any form of contraceptive is abominable. dont ever in your realm of ignorance, compare Islam and Christianity, they both have hypocrites we know, but are thousand miles apart in Godliness.

Car Talk / Re: Why It Is Not Safe To Drive With A Donut Spare Tyre That Comes With Most New Car by steemlord: 3:58pm On Aug 23, 2018
Emmerlee:
I am not very sure this applies.. In 2016 I once embarked on a 7 hours journey by road. As early as 6am I had a bad encounter in high speed with a sharp pot hole at Berger which tore through my tire and bent my rim!
My saving grace was the donut spare which I fixed pending when I'm able to get a new tire and fix the rim.

I got to shagamu and could not find my tire spec, same applied to Benin and Agbor. It wasn't until I got to Asaba that I was able to get inch 19 tire (235/35/19 to be precise). At the end of the day I made 85% of the entire journey on the donut spare to my surprise. I was later told that the donut spare is actually much tougher than the regular tires.

so long as you dint go beyond 80km/h, there is absolutely nothing wrong with sure long distance. this rule is BOLDLY WRITTEN on every such spare tire. going beyond that speed limit is driving with altered braking system and dangerously unbalance wheel components

not necessarily true, poor supply by the CBN is the root cause. that is not to say there isnt corrupt individuals benefiting from the shortages. let the ATMs dispense lower denominations and this problem will end. why arent we using coins by the way. this country is joke. all your leaders use coins when they go abroad to lavish your national wealth.

Why many folks lately always showing trades close to TP or already running than showing entry point, potential entries , update and something like that. We will never know when you enter, when the trades have run for hours , you will now be disturbing us with chart. I don't think it is useful then, according to the name of this thread: FTA. You people are very funny. And to show old ,lost trades? Never, but to show running, winning trades..... you will be forming King Kong. Who are you deceiving? grin
That's why I like pinbar and pipnator, and few others, at least ,even though, I trade different from theirs, there calls are just what is necessary here. Either they gain, lose or run out, you will know unlike someone will just be posting winning trades and forming king of the market every time.......

In chatrooms, forums, threads, whatsapp and telegram groups, u find all sorts of winning trades, chats and screendhots. But u can almost never ever find, any 6months profitable trade-history of over 15% monthly. Who screenshots help?

Agriculture / Re: Rabbit Farmers Association Of Nigeria (RAFAN) Meet In Lagos (Photos) by steemlord: 8:48pm On Dec 26, 2017
madgoat:

Thanks for the compliment grin

On a more serious note Agric is good when done on large scale and with modern equipments or industrialized. Most threads on nairaland paint crude farming/ backyard farming as a gold mine. It can never be a gold mine with crude backyard farming methods. Forget all the hype and testimonies people give about being contented with their small farms. Its all an illusion and an attempt to have online celebrity status. Most backyard farmers are so poor and cant even boast of 10k in their accounts but when they come online to talk about their farms you will think they are millionaires. This are facts i am giving you from my interaction with farmers. Anybody going into rabbit farming should not be led astray thinking that with few rabbits he/she will have a sustainable income to feed their families. Thats just poverty in the making.
We need to start telling people that to really make it in agric generally and get sustainable income, one needs to go large scale and employ modern technology.
