It has become very appalling, the extent to which our juvenile delinquency has skyrocketed. Our youths have traded the destinies of our dear country Nigeria for a piece of cake (recharge cards and all what's not).

They have been inveigled by these non prolific politicians into canvassing for votes for their selfish interests, masking them with never fulfilled promises.
It is profoundly disappointing and disdaining how our youths have given in to this very conspicuous deceit and bask in the euphoria of "eat today and starve tomorrow ".

We have the power to change our country into something better by choosing the right leaders to behold this country, but for our voracity and greed, we give in to the token we get and loose our wits to what will become of the future. Youths' restiveness has become a canker worm that has eaten deep into our society. We just want to bask today at all cost regardless of what the future unfolds.
What's my point exactly?

My point is, our youths right to enfranchisement, our right to choose the right leaders for our country's prosperity has been compromised and it's becoming alarming and so despicable
But I don't blame the politicians because they are just playing their games, my blame is on our juveniles who has numbly patronised them.
What's the way forward?

This is our chance, oh youths of our fatherland. 2019 is the time to
Our time to right our wrongs, say NO to bribery, say No to corruption. Choose and vote for the right leaders for the sake of the future, for the sake of our children.
It is time to change Nigeria into an epitome of envy.

Use your right to vote for who you think is worthy judiciously, do not be biased, do not be bribed

Remember, politicians that give you recharge cards and money will not do it again when they finally get that seat. Vote wisely, now that is the way forward.

The Senate plenary was on Wednesday disrupted after suspected thugs invaded the chamber and made away with the mace.The incident happened few seconds after a suspended senator, Ovie Omo-Agege , entered the chamber.

According to reports its was observed that about 10 suspected thugs who came to the venue with the senator forced their entrance into the chamber.
Seconds later, the thugs ran out of the chamber with the mace causing pandemonium in the Senate.

They left the National Assembly with the mace in a black SUV.
The mace is the symbol of authority of the parliament.

One of the security personnel at the entrance of the National Assembly said the thugs told him and other officers they were with the senator.

“We tried to stop them but they told us they were with him (Omo-Agege),” he said.

The senators are yet to reconvene as at the time of filing this report.

Three Manchester City players dominate the list while Liverpool's Salah, Manchester United's De Gea and Spurs Harry Kane completes the list

Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah tops the six man shortlist for this season’s Professional Footballers' Association Players' Player of the Year.

Other players in contention for the prestigious award are Manchester City trio of Kevin De Bruyne, David Silva and Leroy Sane.

While Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane and Manchester United’s shot stopper, David De Gea completes the list for this year’s edition.


The Egyptian forward joined the Reds last summer from AS Roma and he has been superb all season long for his Premier League outfit, netting 29 EPL goals in 31 league appearances this term.

Salah has also scored 9 Champions League goal, and his impressive performance led to his side ousting Manchester City from the European elite championship at the quarterfinal stage.
