Good morng VO! Pls, if someone applied for visa through dvlottery and the consular issued this to the beneficiary which is the Husband to denied their visa"Section 212(a)(6) C1". What does that mean? Does it mean that the person can never get entry into US again for ever? Pls explain what is meant by that section! Thanks!

Are u sayin i should honour the invitation and at the point of Interview they will now tell me what am going to do about the waiver? because some people are confussin me here that i have to wait for 5yrs before i can apply for any Visa. Are u now sayin i should go ahead and accept the invitation? I guess the visa type will B1/B2 visa?

Ma, me and my wife appeared for DV Immigrant visa at the embassy on May 12 2014 and the interviewer said he's not convince about our Marriage and Issued a rejected letter to us,on my own letter it was stated i was rejected under Section 212(a)(6) C1 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Which i don't undastand and he don't allow us to say much before he issued the letter,now my Uncle want to invites me on visiting for his Son's wedding coming up in December. Am now worry if am going to be deny again or should i go ahead and honour the invitation? Pls ma,i need your reply urgent about my case.
