Do you know what you're saying? Acid reflux that is causing weight loss? Acid reflux that is causing difficulty in passing stools?

What he has is a time bomb that needs quick intervention.

People like you are the reasons why I refrained from offering medical advice on this forum. Lots of impostors spewing nonsense they can't defend!

My guy parkwell for one side. Na people like you wey dey claim too much still no sabi. You better prescribe that solution to someone you know and thank me later.

Weight loss!

Weakness!

Belching

Forceful passage of stools

These are not signs you should be calm with, bro. I'm seriously hoping this isn't colon cancer. I'm sincerely hoping it's not!

I'll advise you to get the heck out of NL now and find a good hospital where reliable diagnosis can be made.

There's more to what you're having than just peptic ulcer. That's all I can tell you as a medical doctor!

Nairaland is not a hospital. Go get your diagnosis now preferably in a specialist hospital before things get worse.

An abdominal ultrasound scan would be a good starting point.

PS. I deliberately opened up on the worst possible diagnosis, so you can rise up and act fast. Whatever it turns out to be can be deadly if not treated on time.

My guy na acid reflux nothing to worry much about. I was going exact same few days ago. You have to take those medication serious and quit eating anything heavy and too much spicy foods won’t do you good either.
Stop indomie. Apple, bread. Alcohol. Smoking.
Eat more of cereals and wheat. Eat cucumbers, bananas becomes your favorite. Raw ogi first thing in the morning with milk. Mix ogi and milk raw o.
The.
Your medication( Find unripe pawpaw wash am clean. Slice am pieces and soak am for 3days. Before you start drinking it morning and night. Change the water every 4 days and start drinking again.
Do it for three weeks and go give testimony.

Bro people travel to leave Nigeria and do anything due to the exchange rate.

Imagine a cleaner earning 1200aed. That's 1200×131. company will still provide accommodation for him though dem fit be 12 in a room, and the job will be stressful too. The money might be the only thing appealing to him.

And Cleaner today fit be Supervisor later, depending on how determined he/she is.

Though I wish our people can look towards better jobs too, We too dey settle for less.

Share my vid with them, probably, they could gain one or two things

How many people in Dubai or even Abu Dhabi fit save anything inside 1200aed? And beside no be all the companies offer accommodation and you go eat pay internet and all that stuff. Bro dey tell people exactly how e dey go for that fucking modern days slavery of a country. Well yeah some people strive hard take some professional courses and become something but even before you save money to do course ehn. My brother you go no how far. Uae is a total waste of time if you don’t have like 500k naira extra to run things. Tell them also e be like advance prison. Work to accommodation. Accommodation to work. Bleep it bro.

Hello house. I’m yet to secure appointment date for our interview. The only available date is Jan 2 which happens to be my bday also. We actually planned on travelling Dec 22 for 2weeks visit which my friend also stated in his invite and I stated it same way in our ds160 form. Is it possible I postpone and refill another form to align jan 2?

seyewest:

You will fill 3 ds160 form (Yourself, wife and baby) and submit them remember to keep/save the ds160 form number. Go to http://www.ustraveldocs.com and register your profile and after that the site will ask you if you want to include any family member in your application that is when you will include your wife and child in the application and it must be done before you can schedule a date for the interview.
good luck.

I appreciate. God bless

DereI:

Fill your DS-160 application first. As soon as you sign and submit, you will see three options on the confirmation page. (i) Print Application (ii) Print Confirmation (iii) Add family application ( or something like that)

Click to add family information and fill in the form.

Then in the appointment booking platform, create an account, fill in your details, follow the prompts and add dependents. And yes, you will pay the visa fee for your child.

Goodluck

Thank you so much. God bless you

Hello house. Pls I planned on applying for a visiting visa to the states with my wife and our daughter who is just a year and 4 months. Never been to the US before but I tried couple of times with my old passport back in 2014 but was denied then. Now I’m married now with a kid and a new passport same as my wife and daughter.
I have my own business now, I’m into car dealership and I own a car lot. I have bill ladens with my name on them showing cars shipped to me from states for the past 2years and I also have invoices and receipts of sales. My company is registered and have good income now. But my wife works with a fashion company where she supervise and she also have a good Pay.
Now a friend want to invite us over this Christmas and to be honest I don’t know how to go about it. I know this is hard for the guruz to break down the process but pls house just try help a brother. Although I’m 33already but look younger. I have been to the neigbouring countries to get cars but I haven’t been outside Africa before now, so basically no travel experience and our new passsport is virgin.

I need help house. Thx
