Is it possible I postpone and refill another form to align jan 2?

Go to http://www.ustraveldocs.com and register your profile and after that the site will ask you if you want to include any family member in your application that is when you will include your wife and child in the application and it must be done before you can schedule a date for the interview.

Fill your DS-160 application first. As soon as you sign and submit, you will see three options on the confirmation page. (i) Print Application (ii) Print Confirmation (iii) Add family application ( or something like that)

Click to add family information and fill in the form.

Then in the appointment booking platform, create an account, fill in your details, follow the prompts and add dependents. And yes, you will pay the visa fee for your child.
