Thank you Antonio for the incredible first season title win and FA Cup, unfortunately the second season was dreadful both on and off the pitch and it's the right decision for him to leave but i think we should still remember the good that he did at this club. Grazie Antonio.

Those clamoring for Conte to remain are short sighted or refuse to put into perspective everything that transpired last season. Conte is probably correct in his assessment that he needed better players but he was totally wrong in how he went about making the point. Conte became toxic - publicly directly and indirectly castigating the board and then later asking for them to show public support to him. He publicly also castigated the same players he's supposed to coach labeling them "these players" in a disparaging manner. He left willian and Pedro on the bench till the point where they lost form due to lack of matches. Played same tactics and did nothing to adapt to some of his players abilities to bring the best out of them e.g. mitchy, and playing hazard as false 9. Made substitutions so late in games that it was pointless most times unlike the previous season. Why does Conte expect the team to always suffer vs any decent team & playing same tactics vs every team? He's got to GO!!!
