I don't understand how it's unbelievable. Being a Canadian PR holder doesn't automatically qualify one for a US visa . I've read of Canadian passport holders that have been turned back at point of entry.
He didn't qualify for the visa at that time, all he needs to do is re- apply and convince the visa officer of his ties to Canada

there’s nothing like ‘I didn’t qualify for visa at that tome’. This is the same visa students get easily talk more of a PR. You shd know your rights. Green card holders are allowed freely here without visa so why shdnt we? I’m sure it’s a vendetta against Nigerians because the bad eggs among us cross the border illegally and as a result immigration minister had to go down to Nigeria because of the issue and advised the US embassy to reduce the visa quota they give to Nigerians. People’s visas are being cancelled and those that have travelled once can’t even travel again with the same visa. I’m sure the officer was clearly acting on instructions if not, why would she also deny a married pregnant PR lady? I rest my case.

Most likely when you are young, single and with no travel history, I know someone the visa officer kept questioning how she got the PR, as a young lady at 26, what scheme she came to Canada through, did she study in Canada, and because the husband wasn't in town, was denied, Infact the visa officer asked for the husband's job, both of them were pharmacists, under 30, and the visa officer thought they were trying to go get licensed in the USA.
She was a PR, two years in Canada with a pharmacy assistant job.
Please, don't give it too much thought, it happens, if it is nothing important, keep your money jare, when you become a Canadian citizen, you go there.

Do not think it's about race or anything of such except you are absolutely sure. Remember that majority of Canadians are white and they still get turned back. Like I mentioned in the post above, it could just be overzealous visa officers or one having a bad day. You are actually going there to spend your money, so it's not your loss. If you feel the US trip is that important, you can always reapply.

What the heck? A PR denied a US visa? Your officer must have been on some high grade sum’n...I got 10yrs visa which is the standard for PR just last month after a 5 min interview and no documents checked!! Did you show them your PR card? Unbelievable!!

@Maximus200, you don't have a standard template (as i may say). Now, you need things like previous post, next post when a user clicks on any post. You also need to show a navigation menu for a TERMS & CONDITION PAGE, SITE MAP PAGE, ADVERTISE WITH US PAGE(optional). Google needs your site to be user friendly, so as to increase their adverts chance. The way google crawl sites is very different from what you think. Kudos to you, You have a very good design but not standard. Google needs a standard site, not a beautiful designed site. I am not saying you should change your template, just add those things i listed earlier. And if possible, change the navigation menu from a drop down menu to an onclick menu. This would make it more easy to navigate better. See how awlful sahara reporters design looks(...just saying), but they still got approved because of the standard they maintained. USE A STANDARD and well designed template. Notice the standard in an uppercase please.

Minimize or remove invalid links (no 404s) Have a decent amount of high quality and informative articles written and published. There is no magic number here, but I would say at least 10-20. Include blog images in your posts that complement the content. In sure a good portion of your overall traffic should comes from search engines. As I've mentioned here, most clicks to ads come from search engine visitors. Trust me, Google knows this.

Maintain a good reputation

Meaning your page ranks should be good, not blacklisting and you have links from other high quality sites (preferably running Adsense). Double check your application before submitting This one seems obvious right? Well, I've had a few people that didn't do this and put either the wrong information or what I considered unprofessional information. One even had an invalid URL for their website. The extension was wrong which led the Adsense reviewers to the wrong site - a not so good site. As you navigate through the screens, review the information you've entered 2-3 times and make sure it's accurate. Also be sure that you professionally represent yourself. The basic rule of thumb I use is: treat your blog as a business, because when you earn money it is.

Lastly Make sure your site as 'DISCLAIMER OR PRIVACY POLICY,TERMS AND CONDION...

With that i dont see any fucking reason why adsense shouldn't make you smile to bank every month.......

Its becoming difficult getting approval from google adsense nowadays. This has sometimes resulted to bloggers and website owners giving up on applying for Google adsense due to frustration.
The adsense program policy and T.O.S are very strict and ones your blog does not comply with their rules and policy, you will not get approved and the worst part of it is the fact that google wont give you a precise solution or accurate reason after your blog has been rejected.
Here,i put together 10 solid tips and guides that you need to follow to get google adsense approval fast on your blog.

1. Get a Domain
Before you apply for the AdSense program you must first get a custom domain name like .com, .net or .org. Using the custom .com in applying for Google adsense will leave you in constant rejection by adsense as their crawler would not be able to view your blog.

Note
You can only use the sub domain ..com when your blog is 6 month old and i also want you to know that Google adsense does not allow you to change your blog address after you have submitted it the first time so if you have done so with the "yoursite..com" format you will have to get a domain name and register for adsense again.

2. Implementing Ads Code On Your Blog
once you have gone through the registration process, the next step for you is to implement the ads code on your blog. – About page

3. Use a Top Level Domain

Top-level country domains are .ng for Nigeria, .us for United States, .uk for United Kingdom, etc. Sub-domains are ..com ,.tumblr.com, ., etc. It is most important thing to use top-level domain because they help you to increase your site traffic and that can also help you to get Google adsense approval. Although you can use your blogger adsense for your sub-domain, it is always best to work with a top-level domain (you don’t need to break a bank!)
Another important thing about domain is the age of your blog. Because for most countries, Adsense has an age limit. No blog’s age below 6 months has ever been approved.(i might be wrong though!)

4. Content

Clearly you need good content to be approved by AdSense, but the question is how many articles do you need to apply for adsense?
There is no exact answer. Because I’ve seen many established blogs with 400+ articles and Google Adsense keeps rejecting them, while some people with 40-50 posts are enjoying the Adsense program making money. As I said there is no real answer. However, we can always predict things. In my experience, it should only apply after you more than 70 unique articles. Please make sure these are are articles you wrote yourself (unique), you can post articles from other website’s whilst giving due credit, but the large chunk of articles should be your intellectual property.



Also dear readers, please remember that your reason for having a blog should not only be because you want to display adverts on your site, but mainly because you want you readers to enjoy the information you are offering them.
