It's actually perplexing how some make suggestions of some from the platform paying the ES a visit and make inquiries about the recruitment. First and foremost NCDMB was discreet about the recruitment, and never publicly acknowledged they were recruiting. We know it's NCDMB based on details of the advert and also evidenced by questions about it on the exams. Approaching the ES is already on a faulty premise, and as a professional he is he would play the game of anonymity to the end. He admitting it would allow open up the floodgates of interference. The only weapon at this point is to pray and remain optimistic.

Thanks to all for the continual updates we get on this platform. I understand the furstration and we shouldn't take it personally. It's been an emotional rollercoaster for everyone, to those who still doubt the authenticity of the recruitment and are dismayed by failed predictions and lash out at the medium of such, it's understandable. Nigeria has failed us all with the sea of unemployed youths on a crossroad of their lives not knowing what the future holds. Many are holding on to this thread of hope. Good day my fellow hopefuls, but is anyone here aware that there's been an embargo on recruitment into public service, it was just lifted a couple of days back for the health and some military institutions by the FEC to meet up with the dearth of manpower there caused by fleeing Nigerians for greener pastures overseas, could it be the reason for the interminable wait?

Ncdmb never overtly stated they were recruiting. So it's a waste of time to embark on that journey.

Many had given up on this recruitment from the onset, I inclusive but somehow it keeps gaining life. To everyone that had given genuine updates , thanks alot. Working in a government institution has taught me that things changes by the day, a true update can change in a matter of seconds. The updates of the impending interview from some of our other nairalanders can't be deceit coming from multiple sources at the same time. The delay might be for the destined ones on this platform to prepare fully .it's said that preparation and opportunity meets success. Cheers to everyone!

Like I explained the other time, NCDMB is a parastatal of FG, the reason for this thread pertains to direct recruitment with NCDMB, in other words those who will be successful will be NCDMB staffs. NCDMB also recruits for other oil and gas companies in other to meet local content mandate. So when someone was talking about a huge recruitment pool he read about I was only trying to clarify. The best way to cope with the delay is to focus your mind on other hustles so u don't develop BP. There would certainly be speculation as it's the norm when people's minds are fixated on an issue. Evry move the see and hear in tune with the happenings of the day are interpreted to have an effect on the recruitment.

I think this person is mixing things up. This recruitment pertains to direct employment with NCDMB, not created jobs which are subject to differing processes.
