I also have similar problems but with God almighty on your side a good, matured and highly beneficial job will come your way.

Its a pity these days, peronnel management allows jobs given to 'kids' meaning some HR prefers their organization be run by people with not to developed and matured mindset, hence leading to them taking very poor, immatured and volatile decision-making which in most situations leading to the organization not being able to achieve a lot of their corporate goals and objectives.

My cognitive and best advise is dont relent because i can see you as adequately qualified, fit and matured and that is what a good peronnel manager and what best corporate organizations do and progresses on.

Now,try do yourself a good CV armed with prerequisite skills and offcourse your qualification.
Detail your past experiences and competencies including any other relevant or positive contibution all embedded into your CV.
Know the kind of company you sincerely want to work and that which gives both you and the company you wish to work for great values, these which includes moral and a good disposition.

DONT PUT YOUR DATE OF BIRTH ON YOUR CV AS THIS DOESNT SELL IN NIGERIA,LET THE PHYSICAL INTERVIEW JUSTIFY THE CALIBRE OF YOUR PERSONALTY AND NOT ANYONE ELSE EVEN IF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IS ONLY 15 YEARS OLD.
Take note that General Muhamodu Buhari got anew job at 73 with a job security for another four years.

A lot of things dont augur well anymore especially with our own Nigerian Employment system that is more reasons we keep having unemployment and poor management in some organizations.

A strong HR professional and a good firm would employ you if you fall between 18-65 years irrespective of your qualifications as long as you are fit, able, healthy and matured enough to know the basics of a job engagement.

God will surely find you a good job very soon as i believe even your enemies will be put to shame.

And most importantly, may God bless the OP for sharing this invaluable content and for putting it here on Nairaland.

God bless you.

Crime / My Sexual Harrassment/ Encounter With A Gay Banker In A Blue Chip Nigerian Bank by stupor(m): 12:15pm On Apr 08, 2015
My terrible experience with a Gay Banker, what would you have done ?

I used to work in a highly placed blue chip bank on the island and i had a very regretful and painful experience with the bank before i was forcfully resigned.

There was a particular period in the bank where external auditors were to come to our branch to carry out their audit assignments which made some of us in the branch to work late inorder to fix any loose knots and ensure that our books and processes are properly kept and duly organized.

We have planned that particular day to work late inorder to finish our tasks before the auditors would come so this colleague of mine had advised we work late and we could sleep over at his place since it would be hard for me to go home late since he has a car and i innocently obliged, mind you, there was work the following day so he had advised me to come to work with an extra clothing so i could wear to work the following working day.

As soon as we finished working it was already late so as planned i decided to sleep over at his place without sensing anything wrong with that,we branched over at a bar for a couple of drink which i happily obliged.

We got to his rented apartment but felt very uneasy immediately we entered his house as the house was filled with guys he claimed are from his native home who had come to Lagos for a greener pasture. He offered me some food which i sensibly ate just a few out of it to register my presence as a fearless and devouted Xtian in his house.

After the meal,i was already feeling sleepy and because work continues the next day i decided i go lay myself to sleep,i greeted everyone of the guys i met in his sitting room and My host(banker colleague) said we should share his bed together since i was a guest and i sensitively obliged.

At about 4am while i was sleeping,to my uttermost dismay this .idiot started caressing my buttock,i woke up immediately, shocked !,i was completely dumbfounded and immediately gave him space and the look on my face showed ''if you dare touch me again, then be ready for what might come from my already disturbed mindset,if it was about 15 years ago when i was still managing anger it obviously would have ended very bloody with this idiot.

I couldnt take a picture or video of him because my phones were not near by and to my greatest surprise he backed me and was marturbating right in front of me,please house is this not the same banker that attends fellowship and runs around the branch claiming to be the best out of the rest of us who nonetheless are equally up to task but because he has a very strong relationship with our boss we always find ourselves begging for mercy and pleas at our own detriment each time slight errors are made,my boss gave him an absolute power and before i resigned i had concluded my boss has a hand in it too by her actions and undue interest with this idiot.

From about 4am i could no more sleep but highly disgusted about this idiot that veto power had been given,i couldnt just imagine a man trying to have sex with another man.

I guarded my heart judiciously and stayed confident that at least he couldnt have anything to do with me,so i reserved my dignity and upheld my integrity as a banker with sound empiricism,i totally ignored him, waited till 5.30am went for my bath changed my clothes and we dashed out to work in his car that earlier brought me into his house. He looked helpless, stupid, disgusting and useless as we drove to work that morning without saying a word to him.

I saw him as an idiot so i decide not to tell anyone but eventually opened up the incidence to a senior colleague at the branch who to my utter surprise told me that he has had a similar occurence with him.

Now the most disappointing thing was why was i made to leave the bank that i darely worked for and was also even almost killed on a particular bike accident on my way to office on a Saturday banking operation.

After the incidence,i started noticing that i was being tranferred without due redeployment tactics from one branch to the other until i eventually found myself at the banks Lekki branch where i was finally and prematuredly exited from the bank without no just reason as i was a hardworking, dedicated, young and loyal staff.

I sent a mail to all necessary authority including the HR but was so surprised that none could identify why i must leave the bank despite the bank doing quite well.

My point is if you are to leave a bank, the bank is meant to give you a probationary 6months but mine only lasted for two weeks which obviously means someone somewhere was against my staying in the bank.

I wept at the HR pleading for my supposedly probation to be effected but quickly sensed the guy must have been on my case to leave the bank but shove it off as a strong xtian and left everything to God's' hands and i was forcibly made to tender my resignation.

This incidence however made me stronger as i have since learnt a great lesson never to trust anyone irrespective of their status quo.

I have gone to the bank to see to my reasons why my resignation was so unjust and premature but not even the MD that i luckily ran into at the bank could faction why my 6months supposed probationary period was not activated and duly respected.

This gay guy/colleague still works in the bank and nothing has been heard nor done for why i would leave a bank i so dearly worked for.

Pardon me for my long narrative i wished i could explain to you all in a shorter and more precise story.

What i'm pointing out is that these gay guys always want something that they wanted and cant get but most cases if they dont get it,they would do everything possible to see that they tarnish your image or otherwise selfishly blackmail you.

Like i said i have gone to see the HR because all the companies i went to kept asking why i left the so called bank despite knowing fully well that i never underperformed, had awards from this so called bank also and i have never misappropriated nor fraudulently stolen the banks fund or assets.

This gay banker is from eastern part of the country and i have nothing against them just that it means nothing to them to see a fellow, innnocent and highly dutiful colleague who rejected a dastardly and heinous act of homosexuality from working in an institution that offered him an opportunity to reach the pinnacle of his banking career. This is distrust and clearly disheartening.

I have since moved on with my life and with an hope that justice will prevail may be someday !

*The bank's' office is located on VI with offices almost around the country and also has international affiliations and they are doing absolutely fine.*

That was my story with an alleged Gay banker in Nigeria, till now nothing has been heard from them despite the fact that i luckily ran into the MD and HR !

Every Nigerian must be socially and economical responsible for their own mischiefs and doings for it is with your own hands that seeds that are grown and nursed are rightly sown.

What ever you sow,so shall you reap, you cant plant cocoyam and expect to reap cassava nor potatoes !

If you must sell your birthright, why not do it on a platter of Gold,400 or 2000 Naira might be meagre dependingly but can never guarantee the imminent and drastic change we deserve as a country in dire need !

SINCE ANY GREEDY POLITICIAN WANTS TO ASSUME OFFICE BY BRIBING THEIR WAY INTO POSITIONS,THEY SHOULD CEASE BRIBING GULLIBLE NIGERIANS WITH PEANUTS AND NIGERIANS SHOULD STOP STOOPING THEMSELVES LOW.

For me,2000 Naira is too cheap a money to be glad and satisfied for an all encompassing good four Year tenure especially when its from a greedy politician who would steal Trillions from my own Tax payers money meant for me and many others social amenities and national development. For me,its clearly outrageos !

Why not ask for like at least 4million each as students, with that,it will keep you and your education secured for a good four years and the greedy politician can go and steal the rest in the national coffers if there be any and everyone is cool! This is a simple logic !

Lastly, lets all be reasonably and attentively vigilant, corruption is a cankerworm and brainwas is a plague. All these have eaten deep into our system and we seem to all have been taken unaware.

Lets clamour for great Leaders, the ones who trully can secure our future and that of our unborn generations !

Vote Wisely ! Afford not to repeat another mistake for four years !

God bless .

The other day someone posted a twitter message of himself playing on an electric pole for 12 hours whereas in some other communities power supply is so dead for years you can actually build a house on top of a transformer.

It would be very foolish of me to vote a party that cannot provide me with constant electric supply in this 21st century global world and i find it quite outlandish and bizarre that despite all these shortfalls and economic breakdown, someone could still be clamoring for a re-election of a failed and woefully managed government administration.

Nigerians that arent affected with these shortcomings in the country should be grateful that at least they nor their families are not in any way involved. It is absolutely unfair to see people display contempt over someone else's'headache of poor performance and say its okay to revote a maladministered government.

Be democratic, its your right to see that things change for the better, for we all are stakeholders and definitely pay our taxes !

My personal decision has been to take destiny into my own hands and protect the future of millions of unborn Nigerian patriots and citizens by voting in the wise choice of candidate and party that i can solely trust to alleviate majority of the ongoing problems the country is going through.

Without no hate and contempt,my vote remains for Buhari, the only candidate i can trust with the proper use of my hard-earned tax payers money and not someone full of greedy and selfish appetite !

She's' looking very young and good to go !

Asians normally have healthy diet system like the Americans and some parts of Africa which gives natural advantage to some people like her the vigour and strenght that she's' endowed with and that which She is also presently enjoying till now.

*Human beings can naturally live longer if they allow a ''green revolution'' one that takes cognizance of nature, water, environment(Natural habitat-Aquatic and land) then we might start to enjoy life not only by what you consume as food into the body system but by the external materials and causative agents like air we also breathe in from botanical plants and gree gardens.

I have seen very young people in their fifties and if not because i actaully know their ages i would have doubted their true ages. Some people are genetically blessed which is quite amazing.
I believe if you do these underlisted activities ,it is most likely you end up looking young, fresh and healthy at even conspicous ages-

*Eat good food when you must and let it be the ones that give you all the energy needed.

*Get enough sleep when you have to and

*Do a little bit of mental and physical exercise as often as you can or as regularly.

*Maintain a positive character and keep contended with what you have. All these absolutely gives you the confidence and conscious state of mind to look your very best all the time.

*A healthy nation is a wealthy nation !

Who is the owner of the jet and how did he make his money?

This is the most sensible post have seen so far on this thread.

Where did the owner get his source of income and i hope its not part of the nations wealth and i hope once we vote in the next president no one would resurface back to claim his lofty gestures or indirect investment for lendering his support of his jet for selfish reasons !

POLITICAL ASPIRATION IS NOT AN OPPORTUNITY TO BECOMING AN OVERNIGHT BILLIONAIRE,EVERY NAIRA AND KOBO REVENUE OF THE COUNTRY IS NOBODY'S' PRIVATE BUSINESS,EVERY INCOME MUST BE JUDICOUSLY USED AND NOT SYPHONED !

Its a criminal offense against the state !

My vote still remains for Buhari though.
Lets see what they have to offer.

This is very similar to a popular article i recently read-Madness of the highest order ! Am a christian. !

This is outrageous and demeaning, you can just imagine the kind of stereotypic mindset people use inorder to hypnotise and put innocent electorates in frenzy making them look manipulatively cajoled, whimsically misled, inabruptly coaxed, tenderly fooled and stupified for having to vote for them in an election where almost all the deceitful antics seem to have failed them woefully.

My brothers and sisters ! Know your God very well and dont be misled by people who may use the name otherwise !

A word is enough for the wise !
Vote wisely !

Am not hiding it,am voting APC in all elections for thats who i have decided personally to vote for and i implore you to do the same too.

God bless.

Rest in peace Mr Tifase ! We'll surely miss you big time.i commiserate with all his lovely children and family members he left behind.

I sincerely pray for Ropo to have a complete change of heart and not to curse more injury by killing or hurting himself but to remain remorseful for there's' nothing so impossible that God cannot do !

The deceased is my dad's' best friend !

*It is always wise to walk out of a complicated arguement than allow for a greater consequences of our actions cause us more damage than harm*

Staying out of trouble means no fidget !

May God Almighty be their fortress and comfort at this trying period.Amen.

Best wishes !
