Even,If they maintain that appeals are currently heard within 12 months on average, and 9 months hearing date has not been fixed by HM Courts & Tribunals Service at the Ministry of justice? what can we do?

I equally ad my appeal submitted last yr nov and my review deadline was april 2016.butvi m yet to knw wen my court hearing wil hold.i called hm courts yesterday and was told i av bn automatically listed 4 a date.i av no idea if my appeal has bn reviewed yet or not.and was also told dat d entire appeal process takes abt 12 to 18 months.its a loooooooooong wait bro.kindly updates.bst of luck

I spoke wt hm courts yesterday and was told i av bn automatically listed 4 a date.m nt sure my appeal has bn reviewed yet and my review deadline was april 4..very much confused now.i was told d entire appeal process takes abt 12 to 18 months.pls giv updates on urs .best of luck

When i rang HM courts n tribunals i was told i avnt been listed for hearing does it mean my appeal bundle has been reviewed already by the ECM?

DO not worry, just wait, these guys are known to take thier time,I have heard cases taking up to 18 months.

i am new here although i have been reading som post here and realised its very helpful.pls i need your advise becos i m so confused now.i applied for a settlement visa last year july and was refused in oct,2015.i appealed in nov,2015 and got a mail stating that i will be contacted after april,2016.but surprisingly i am yet to receive any mail from them.its been 8+ months now and i havent been listed for a court hearing.and so i rang them this month and was told i have nt bn listed yet for hearing.To be honest this process is frustrating.i really dont know which stage i am now and how long i have to wait.
Any one with an advise
