4. Recognition document of foreign qualifications issued by the Lithuanian Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education (Lietuvos studijų kokybės vertinimo centras - SKVC)*;

5. CV (Resume);

6. Complete Health Certificate - only for Bachelor Sports Coaching and European Bachelor in Physical Activity and Lifestyle programs;

7. The copy of the certificate that shows the proficiency level B2 in the English language, or corresponding IELTS 6.0, or TOEFL 5.50 certificates. It is not applicable for the applicants whose education is acquired in English;

8. Copy of the proof of payment of the application fee

remember the number 2 procedure.

2. Make 2 waec and 2 Bsc certificate, coloured copies which u will take the federal ministry of education in Abuja together with the original certificate once ministry of education approval it with their stamp u will take it to ministry of foriegn affair in abuja

This means,

1 waec certified copy will go to centre for quality assessments in higher education in Lithuania while the other certified waec copy will go to the school u want to apply for admission

1 Bsc certified copy will go to centre for quality assessments in higher education in Lithuania while the other certified Bsc copy will go to the school u want to apply for admission

The original transcript from ur university will go to centre for quality assessments in higher education in Lithuania while the other certified transcript copy will go to the school u want to apply for admission attached with the recognition Certificate.

bro it is a stressful journey so many people has gone through that same stress . i graduated from imo state university (IMSU) in 2007

in January 2015 just to go to my school to ask for transcript that is 4 pages paper took me like 3 weeks to acquire because they are still using manual system of operation. after getting the transcript from them, that same day i took night bus (THE YOUNG SHALL GROW) to abuja from owerri. so bro i understand what u are saying but after all the stress I WENT THROUGH IS A JOB WELL PAID AT THE END. i got my admission around May/june 2015.


living standard is ok base on my experience cos i studied there.

there is no such thing as long process if u want to study in Lithuania this is the only way to go about it just something of a month interval u call long process.

because i have seen a lot of people falling victim to 419 people calling them self agent because they want such cut where by they will not stress them self to acquire what they want So my bro stop believing in short cut.

after my study there i relocated to Germany cos is under shenghen country.

while in federal ministry of foreign affair #3000 and above.

Please take note before any university in Lithuania will accept u, u have to go through (centre for quality assessments in higher education)

They are the one to assess your education document, later they will issue u a certificate of recognition.

Higher Education Qualifications (for master student)

For master degree this is the process.

1. U need to download and print the application form for Recognition form in the centre for quality assessments in higher education in Lithuania WEBSITE. http://www.skvc.lt/default/en/60/apply/documentation_requirements and scroll down to see the application form

2. Make 2 waec and 2 Bsc certificate colored copies which u will take the federal ministry of education in Abuja together with the original certificate once ministry of education approval it with their stamp u will take it to ministry of foreign affair in Abuja is just opposite of federal ministry of education same place OR AREA. 1 waec certified copy will go to centre for quality assessments in higher education in Lithuania while the other certified waec copy will go to the school u want to apply for admission WHILE 1 Bsc certified copy will go to centre for quality assessments in higher education in Lithuania while the other certified Bsc copy will go to the school u want to apply for admission

3. Before number 1 and 2 aspect u need to go to ur school and request a fresh transcript that will be addressed to centre for quality assessments in higher education in Lithuania u will see d adress on d application form for Recognition AND THE REQUIREMENT. once u collect the transcript make 1 colored copy of it. The colored copy will b taking together with ur waec and Bsc cert to ministry of education in abuja cos they will not attend to u without ur transcript. The original transcript from ur university will go to centre for quality assessments in higher education in Lithuania while the other certified transcript copy will go to the school u want to apply for admission

4. International passport. Please make sure the name u bear on ur international passport is d same name u bear on ur waec and Bsc cert make sure they correspond. On ur international passport it contains 30 pages make copy of the 30 pages of ur passport then take it as well to Nigerian immigration service (NIS) in Abuja to together with original passport. once they authenticate ur passport with stamp of NIS on all the 30 pages of ur passport. u will take it to ministry of foreign affair in Abuja.


Please be aware that this pple in Abuja will demand money from u for quite service that's how I did mine BOTH the ministry of education and foreign affair.


Once u finish doing the CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF UR CERTIFICATE AND INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT. u can go ahead with the feeling of the application form for Recognition. put every required document both the official transcript from ur university in the big envelop and post it.

I recommend u post it through FedEx posting for quick delivery and as soon as it is received by the centre for quality assessments in higher education in Lithuania they will send u a registration number to ur Email address telling u the status of ur application that they have sent a verification to ur school, also asking u to go to ur university and follow up with the verification to avoid any delay.

once ur school approve the verification with the school stamp bearing (Certified true copy on each of the transcript Year 1,2,3,4) then u have to post it again through FedEx to (Centre for quality assessments in higher education in Lithuania)

The Lithuania education board will not and will never ask u for any money the only thing they will demand from u is ur authentic document.

once it is successful they will issue u a certificate of Recognition which u will use in applying for admission in any Lithuanian university.
