Career / Re: Business Idea Incubator by Sukogomas: 12:19am On May 10, 2020
A business incubator is a company or organization that assists startups in developing their businesses. They do this by providing management training, office space and sometimes even money. Business incubators can be seen as catalysts for economic development, particularly at a local level.

Although comparable, business incubators are different from research and technology parks. Business incubators are more focused on startup and early-stage companies.

Autos / Re: Hire Purchase Help Needed by Sukogomas: 11:58pm On May 09, 2020
Hire purchase provides a way to finance acquiring a new or used car. You commonly pay a deposit and pay off the value of the car with regular monthly installments. The loan is secured against the car (the asset).

Accordingly, you don’t own the vehicle until the last payment is made.

Properties / Re: Exclusive Project Finance Loan For Nairalanders by Sukogomas: 11:48pm On May 09, 2020
The project financing industry in Nigeria is still underdeveloped.

Project finance is the financing or funding of longer-term industrial projects, infrastructure, and public services. Typically funds are advanced on a non-recourse or limited recourse basis. Through a special purpose vehicle (SPV), the cash flows from the project pay back the debt and equity used to fund the entire project.

Properties / Re: Construction Equipment Leasing by Sukogomas: 12:28am On May 08, 2020
Equipment leasing is a great way of gaining access to expensive items that your company needs to function properly. Leasing basically refers to a means of renting an asset (equipment) for a period of time. With a lease you make temporary use of the asset or equipment rather than own it outright. It is a good option of businesses’ that do not want to tie down cash in one or a few assets.

Ltrust:
The future is indeed in Agriculture and agro business is the idea whose time has come. Sincerely, there exist a lot of opportunities in this sector. I encourage anyone who has sizeable capital to think agro business- I mean agro export, product supply, contract sourcing, brokerage, agro processing and manufacturing, agro-training and capacity building etc to name but a few.

Agriculture is good. But one must know what they are doing. That's the key
