i doubt your parent can afford the schools i went to from primary to uni.

what special about 2025, did jesus son of God not chop horse whip, so who is my son to be above cane
lol ! caning is now physical abuse ... sumtin wey im papa papa chop ... whats even wrong with some you claiming halfway woke

i tell you what, we are scammers, cultist and most corrupt cos of a failed system & economic hardship not because of morale deficiency

i can see you argue like a woman , i beat me child but like i said "in Moderation" ... even abroad i have watch black kids open up there mom beat them, it as to be mom 😀

Your education is definitely a waste though, infact your case should corroborate that good education does not necessarily equate expensive education.

I mean see how you turned out, you don't think different from a motor park tout. There is literally no deductive or fact based reasoning in what you type just pure okoto moew gibberish of "na so them take train us oo".

Fooolll I am sure it was your type that justified killing of Twins by the Efik tribe after all nah so "out papa dey do"

Who gives a Bleep about what "Jesus christ" supposedly do, do everybody subscribe to the same bullshit beliefs as you. I say you be illiterate sef.

Infact I am sure you are one of those religious extremists that crucify people on how you think they should leave their life, meanwhile do all sort of terrible things behind close doors. I know your type se.

The abroad that you are talking about why don't you go and beat people's kid and claim that you are correcting them make you land for better prison & get child abuse record for your CV.

Very same mentality that's giving birth to the morally deficient children we're seeing in the streets on a daily basis today.

No one is supporting her high-handedness and she's already being punished for it, but let us all not pretend as if practical discipline has become a taboo in our society, which was what she probably intended.

But trust Nigerians on social media such as these clowns to always exaggerate matters especially when they emanate from social media. Forming woke over nonsense. Na only for Internet them sabi get outrage, and always over seemingly minor issues.

Always majoring in the minor! Make una go nail am to cross parade am for streets of Lagos na. Hypocrites!

You are definitely illiterate lol.
There is literally zero single evidence that coporal punishment a romantic name for physical abuse has made any child better. Literally zero fact based evidence of such.

Meanwhile there are tons of negative effects of such from mental health issues, to terrible parent-child relationships and most deadly of it all physical injuries.

But no let's justify it because that is how we where brought up.

Proper idiotic reasoning the righteous generation that were brought up on flogging and abuse are the same that are largely responsible for the terrible state Nigeria is now which is a stark contrast to how ideally moralistic they are suppose to be not the so called "morally deficient children of now" animalll.

after sacking the teacher, detaining her, someone is still asking for justice If thats not over reaction then death sentence must be a benchmark

hypocrite how ! i will beat my child if he errs and my position on these matter gives me out, i support discipline

lol ! there is no one in my age group or born 80's backward that dont share a similar experience as mine, shout to our Naija mothers " Abàrá" naa factory reset

if i beat my children 20% of the beating i recieve as an hyperactive kid, dem go disown me for life ... time have change nd thats my believe "Moderation" is best we can do

spare the rod n spoil the child, therapy is not for naija breeds
You are an illiterate it is very obvious.
"Beat the rod, and spoil the child" gibberish I am sure that is a reasonable excuse to abuse children.

If in 2025 you think the best way to discipline a child is physical abuse it shows how inept, and pathetic you are. I am sure no country beats their children more than us yet we turn out scammers, cultists, corrupts individuals like no other I am sure those guys were not beaten in their childhood. Otondoo.

E no go far sha.
When you born your own children beat them anyhow you like, with anything from canes, to pure wood, knife and even pressing iron sef.

Just don't even as much as slap another's person pikin else anything you use your eyes see collect am like that you hear. Filthy scum

Nigerians, no be una again?! E no go reach one week, you'll all move on to making noise over something else. That's what you all know.

Your politicians are making your lives miserable and you hail them in response, but opt to vent your existential misery on your fellow citizens over civil issues that can be settled in better ways.

A society of spineless and lily-livered sycophants and hypocrites!
Politicians are the reason you are living an absolutely miserable and pathetic life so your way to cope is to use people's children as a punching bag right ? Murasi.

Shaybe you are dense nah, so this is an excuse to abuse people's children.

What is bad is bad, the teacher over acted buh considering how the case is going there is certainly over reaction

As a child some of us grew up in the days of koboko, teacher go beat you for school even for house you fit chop omorogun or wire from your own parent ... But today we thank God

The teacher as being sacked i did think thats enough
It is not an over-reaction you are such an hypocrite I am sure if it was your child you won't be saying the same thing. If your 3yr old child returned home deaf go & pat the teacher on the back you hear if e reach your turn.

You are being obtuse trying to use your own unfortunate case of abuse to justify another abuse.

If nem dem use omorogun nack una head for your house let it end there, you can even use knife too if omorogun is not effective.

Just don't do it to people's kid ok, nobody cares if that's how your parents raised you ok keep it in your barbaric family.

Your chances of slapping my child is slim to none anyway. You have to be super miserable to think slapping a three year old around is ok.
People are genuinely sick in head they are trying to trivialise like we haven't heard countless stories of students being killed in schools as a result of abuse.

Nah wetin these animals they try trivialise.
You want a punching bag born your child beat am too death e no hard pass that surely.

Everything about Nigerians is sensationalism.

We have this repulsive habit of giving maximum energy to minor issues.

A primary school teacher goes overboard with the discipline of a child, yes she did wrong. Ordinarily, her sack should be enough of a disciplinary measure while the school puts more efforts into the reorientation of its staff. But trust Nigerians to always get emotional and overly animated.

Police has entered. Government ministry has entered. Bloggers have now entered. We'll end up seeing dozens of articles related to this one issue on the front page for the next one week .
You are absolutely sick in the head if you think this is a minor issue, just recently was it in the news that a child was beaten to death by a teacher I don't think it is up to two months sef too.

A teacher repeatedly abusing a child to the point that if it wasn't leaked it wouldn't have stopped to add with he had to be hospitalised as a result of the slap, if you watched the slap sef if nah you dem slap like that you go dey nurse your hear ni, you are sick in the head se trying to trivialise this.

Useless animaals if you like abuse so much when you born your own children beat them to death if you like nah your problem, but if you do am to another person pikin make e no be say nah person like me else you will be fuxkkked up so bad ehn you will think it is more than a slap.

Oga, read the article from top to bottom and stop arguing blindly. Everything is there and I can't open your head and force the clearly written details into it.
That is literally what you are implying though.
There is no any hidden context what you said is clear.

You first said it wasn't that big of a deal that the teacher shouldn't have been arrested, now that you read that the child was hospitalised cause he has a hearing problem same you is now implying that the woman is "soft" for allowing it.

Stay in one place lol. A child was abused repeatedly until it became serious and your own problem is the animal that was arrested for it you now here saying another thing.

Yes, and I haven't changed my stance. Her sack is punishment enough
Nah so, she should probably have waited till her child becomes deaf or worse beaten to death before arresting the teacher.

Cause in 2025 it is normal to abuse people's kids in the name of "punishment".
