I did apply for MCF, but then all people I know that had applied have already heard from them. Waiting is so painful

Xorah which school is that? I also know a guy that is still waiting...for McGill. But his admission to the school was conditional or something like that. What were the terms of your admission?

From what u saying I believe, they have already reviewed ur file and since u haven't received any refusal .it clearly means u have been selected for the MasterCard scholarship. If they had not selected u they would have sent u a denial by now. Just keep praying and hoping cos u got it.

man it has finally worked! The school councilor thing. The program manager has helped. At least my pressure has reduced. But when exactly are they releasing the results? M getting nervous by the day

I had told him that my school teacher had a new email but he again said in yesterdays email that those guys will review my application even without the "financial validation"

but what I don't understand is that the guys told us to inform them if the contacts of the references change but they are not reacting. N then in the worst case, can't they use the phone number provided?

Yea if possible contact de MasterCard scholarship enrollment service. Do a follow up. It could be u have been selected but if you don't let your counselors confirm they might disqualify u

Do u have a phone contact of the enrolment service? I can't find any on the sites that I've visited

Man not yet. One did last week Saturday but the other has a problem. She can't access her account. I talked to the MCF program manager at McGill and he asked me to submit a new mail which he says he sent to the admission team. I also wrote directly to the admission team as well but to date I haven't heard from them. My school councellor hasn't received an email from them yet

. Sydney, someone got denied for the MasterCard scholarship few hours after his references confirmed his validation of status and recommendation forms. The offers will only come in mid march meaning any decision given out now is a denial for the MasterCard program

please McGill has denied 2 people for de MasterCard scholarship. according to one of them, he said after letting his counselors confirm his validation status form and the recommendations forms. they sent him an email 5 hours later and told him he has not being selected for the MasterCard scholarship. what confuses me is that, u thought the decisions will be due in mid march. why are they sending out denials of the scholarship now?

Ehh!! But don't you think the councelors might have made a mistake on their replies Like there might have been a differ somewhere! Or maybe the guys have started giving out the scholarship

I've just received an email from them saying that by now the people that did my financial verification and recommendation have been contacted to verify that they did it themselves... I think I should check with the recomender if he received an Email

Eh guys I just remembered I uploaded my recommendation to Minerva late.... Deadline was fifth. I missed by like 2 hours. The man took time filling a wrong form so it was late n recorded as 6th January. Do I still stand chances??

Why do u think that? It looked like mob Nigerians get admitted. Or mayb they pay their tuition and other costs. As in without the scholarship. But ehh!! M nervous already, 14 days to go
